The project went well considering, there was no information about the system. Contractor took his time to check and explain everything he was doing. The weather conditions was extremely hot, they did an awesome job to get the system up and going again. I would recommend and hire them again. Thank you Mr. Rooter

I had Mr Rooter come out to install water hammer arrestors on my washing machine. I noticed some corrosion on the connections so both were replaced. While here I was informed that I did not have a main shut off in the house so that was installed as well.

Paid $600. to disconnect and remove water softener unit. Plumber spent about 2 hours on the job.

Outstanding! This was the third plumber that we have hired since buying our house a year ago. Although skeptical, Mr. Rooter was quick to respond to our inquiry (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend), and have someone at our home the next day, despite it being a holiday. The technician, Jason, was personable, professional, and explained what was required (both near and long-term). And the cost was less than expected! He even came back the next day to address a redidual issue - at no charge! We would not hesitate to recommend them.

A bit pricey but well worth it. Had a bit of an emergency and a tricky repair. They came right out and assessed the problem. The next day two plumbers came bright and early. They took care of the problem with a better result than I expected. They were really nice guys and knew what they were doing. As I said, a little pricey but I didn't get gouged. If and when I have another plumbing matter to be addressed, I'm not going to waste time; I'm just calling these guys.

Comparative they are the most expensive when I called around. So, I knew this before work service began. However, the plumber that work with us,Jason, was excellent. Very knowledgeable. I felt I received due service.
