Todd was my plumbing technician, who thoroughly researched my bathtub draining issue. After replacing a corroded cast iron pipe and installing a broken tub stopper/overflow, the issue was resolved. Todd also performed a walk-through with me, to investigate and identify any other potential issues.

The representative arrived as scheduled. I asked for some work to be done and a proposal for additional work. Both were provided. The on-site work was executed professionally and when the time comes, I will implement the proposal. I plan on using this business for all my plumbing needs.

Courteous and efficient 2 man team installed two outside water spicketts, one on each side of the house. They connected into the existing inside plumbing, drilled through the house side walls and installed the outside water access.

I had kitchen pipes leaking and destroying my sub floor and I also had an over worked two sump pumps with a hole in line. Mr. Rooter replaces both pumps with a compact efficient duo sump pumps and suggested a six hour back up battery system for sump pump. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely kind to me explaining Water shut off valves and how to operate systems. I bought the in home service plan so the professionals can take care of everything from now on. I highly recommend them.
