I hired this company because they charged me $49.99 to come to the house. Lewis , the technician, was wonderful. He replaced the toilet as I agreed. The toilet I wanted was a bit more expensive so I went with his suggestion . The total was $850. Which was high, minus my $49.99. Now $799. He sent me the invoice and I feel I was charged for $99.99 member fee, and $44.00 for an almost empty bottle of Mr Rooter drain cleaner. What?? That's crazy I got the least expensive toilet $223.00 at Home Depot. And I paid $799 for the service. Oh the $99.00 member fee was Free because I would have had to pay an additional $102.00 without it. What the heck does that mean. I should have left the $49.99 and gotten someone else to do the job. Saving at least $200.00 This has no reflection on the technician, he was doing his job. But I wouldn't hire this company. My mistake.

They got the job done but replaced unnecessary parts.

They came quick and resolved all issues efficiently, I highly recommend them.

Very prompt service. I was very unhappy with the price of the project and the project wasn't completed

Very responsive to inquiry. Had to pay upfront fee for someone to come out and diagnose and quote job, they could not give me an estimate for costs over the phone. So even though they were prompt and scheduled with the tenant for service quickly I felt that the quoted price when they were there was very high for what needed fixing but since I had already paid to have them come out felt I was stuck using them to just get the job completed. Had I been living there and not a tenant I would have likely waited to fix to get other quotes.

They were great. Went to the house the same day and fixed the problem right away.

I had some plumbing done while back and the plumber wanted to do work that I did not need. Mr. Rooter came in and showed me the real problems. I ended up getting a new boiler and I was very happy with Mr. Rooter.

I was overcharged for the work and then they wouldn't come to correct the problem. I had used them once before but will not hire them again.

Contractors are very busy now and they came out faster than anyone. So excellent on fast response. To me seemed fairly expensive.

Dylan Bell, the plumber, was efficient and explained everything to me in a clear, concise manner.

Plumber was excellent but cost was too high.

Although I asked for a guesstimate on phone and was told they would get back to me, they didn't. Upon arrival I was told that it would be $462, which was $10 higher than HomeAdvisors $207-$450 given range. I declined the service and therefore paid $50 for the "booking fee"

I didn't need them after all but they responded right away. We had no water and they were ready to come out anytime 24/7.

Prompt, reasonable and very tidy

Beginning with speaking to Jody to set up an appointment, Dylan to get an estimate, and Dylan and his associate to complete the work, this company has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional and did a perfect job repairing our 100 year old toilet plumbing and main shut off. Would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone and would always use them for any of our plumbing needs.
