The price for the job was very high and they were unwilling to give us any break down of the cost. The cost was $1695 dollars for connect an above ground generator.

Friendly, professional service. Excellent job. Cleaned up after himself. The quick response when services were needed the day before the Thanksgiving holiday especially appreciated. Value for the money? Pretty expensive, although I was happy to get service around a holiday and was willing to pay.

The plumber that came to my house was very clear on what the problem was. He fixed the issue, and cleaned up after himself.

I contacted Mr, Rooter just before 2:00 PM, said plumber would be there by 4:00, arrived shortly after 3:00. Shane was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I only gave 4 stars for value is that I have nothing to compare the cost to.

The plumber arrived on time, and explained everything. He replaced new plumbing done poorly by a handy man. It cost me more than I expected because of this. But now I feel good that everything is both up to code and working properly. I would definitely try them again.

They showed up on time and were very polite. I had already beat a hole in the wall to get to the shut off valve which was covered when I had my garage converted and they were able to work with what I did without making the hole much larger. They cleaned up my mess and their's. The job was done quickly and I am pleased with the work.

A simple clog that was unclogged incorrectly- causing further water damage and damage to other plumbing as well In fairness, they did repair the plumbing but never apologized or took ownership of the mistakes. Job took over a month to complete as the part they broke took a month to get.

All of the prices were marked up. Their practices are deceitful and and they charged me for things I didn't receive. I experienced scare tactics from them regarding not installing items that may or may not pass inspection. I confirmed with the plumbing inspector and was informed they never pulled permit. They said they needed to write a letter to get the application for a permit when it's in fact done on. line.

The plumber had a great attitude and he had experience with the problems that were presented to him. The repairs were done efficiently and cleanly. Thanks!
