All that was done was to install a new kitchen faucet assembly I had purchased from a hardware store. It fit perfectly and the install probably took 45 min tops. The price was staggering. Over $600 for labor. I will never use them again. I reported the incident online to my friends and neighbors. This is a village of seniors in manufactured homes. Useful information for people I care about. Sorry but I do not think this was a fair deal at all.

The tech was very professional and friendly. Very careful about cleanliness. Tech was at my house less than two hours after I spoke to the scheduler.

The problem with customer service was being charged $50 before the repairman could be dispatched and I was automatically enrolled in 3 year advantage plan with a charge of $99 without an explanation about it.

Never cleaned up the work site. Had a problem with excessive boiler pressure, he told me to open valves to release pressure, never came back to address the issue.

While technically competent and professional their pricing is not a good value. They are very smart to understand your situation. In my case no heat or hot water with two storms coming in 3 days with a weekend pending, throw a big number at the solution and see if they bite. $350 for a diagnosis/ estimate to fix is an example of their pricing philosophy. Want another estimate you still pay $350. I felt "taken" and while the plumber was nice I cannot see myself using this company again due solely to cost. On the plus side I had an emergency and they answered the call.

Shane was extemely professional in his work. He explained everything he was doing in order for me to understand the work being performed.

Lewis was great. Took his time and did an excellent job. Was courteous and helpful when we were discussing this sudden emergency on a late Saturday afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Very expensive they I feel took advantage of us we never got a invoice with a breakdown.

The quality of work was excellent. The individual doing the work was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The cost seems to be a bit steep but I am overall very happy with my experience

They communicated with me prior to arriving and came at the promised time.

They were excellent. Someone canceled on them so they were here early. They resolved the problem in minutes and fix it. They only charged the service charge of $45.00 and my shower is fixed.

A very nice guy. very knowledgeable. gave good advice and finished work on time. Just unhappy that I had to buy a new powerjet water heater.

There was a scheduling issue - they arrived at end of day vs early morning but did call to apologize. Friendly and efficient service.

I was quoted a certain amount. I was told to buy some products to "save money". In the end, it ended costing a little more. Also during the "banging of the pipes" a decorative plate was shaken from the wall and broken. Later a picture was taken of the damage but never heard anything else. The project itself came out very nice.
