They provided a low price first then tell us to replace more. When I screamed out, they lowered the price from $1600 to $1200. They should tell upfront and I would spend a little more to buy a new system, not fixing the old one.

Their prices were extremely expensive. They provided wrong quotes. I paid them in full, they stated I had a balance. They are not a plumbing company and is not interested in repairing a broken part but having you purchase a fixture and have them install it... I was very dissatisfied with this company.

Dispatcher was very helpful in finding a mutual time for the work to be done. Technician was courteous, very informative and worked quickly to fix the problem. Pricing is rather high but it was an older house plumbing problem, so I think I got my moneys worth.
