They were on time, courteous and affordable.

What a train-wreck this experience was. Cant even call it a comedy of errors because from beginning to end it was more like a nightmare of blunders?. All we wanted to do was to simply replace our existing kitchen sink with a new one - 3 visits later we still have the old one & we're out $250. They charged $50 to ?size up the job? then they came to do the work, took everything apart, realized they couldn't do it because they didn't size it up correctly. Scratched the replacement sink we bought so badly that the store wouldn?t take it back. Then they put the original sink back together incorrectly so we had a leak we had never had before. This place was just one screwup after another. Never again. Not one apology from them. Poor excuse for a place of business. Save your money & avoid this place.

Work was adequate, but be warned that the work is IMO EXTREMELY OVERPRICED When I complained about the pricing, I was told by CUSTOMER SERVICE that a master plumber would review the job performed and the high pricing and would call me back to discuss the high charges for the work TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS CALL BACK from the master plumber

The job was done wet, the young man was kind and thorough. I do feel the price was way too high, the only reason I agreed was because I was desperate

New turbo flush installed. Took longer than expected as he picked up wrong parts initially. Work quality excellent.

They really saved my Bacon on this one. I had a plumber come in telling me the clog was actually a broken pipe, and was convincing me to go through insurance to replace the line. I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion, and he unclogged it in the matter of a few minutes AND THEN put new caps on my pipes without me asking. 15/10 service.

The technician Eric knew what he was doing , so far we are satisfied with the work. However In would have liked to see a breakdown of the charges - Labor and material. We were in a situation where the repairs had to be done promptly, so we went ahead and agreed to the price quoted I think it was high. but the work had to be done

Todd came on a Saturday and did excellent work, not the least of which was the careful treatment of everything around him and outstanding clean up! Will hire him again!

I was very satisfied with everything! You get what you pay for and I felt the quality of work was exceptional!

Eric did great job, was here when expected. We needed multiple things done, kitchen and a couple of bathrooms, reasonable pricing. Will definitely hire again.
