By far the best company I have done business with, called to make an appointment and they had some at my house the very next day. They were on time and very professional. When the plumber enter my home he made sure his shoes had cover on them so he didn’t track any dirt in. He inspected the boiler and told me what needed to be fix and that it would be about 2 hours to fix. I agreed to the repairs and he went straight to work, when he was finished he cleaned everything up and went over everything that he fixed. Definitely would recommend them and DEFINITELY will be using them again!

Great overall service. When setup appointment was pretty quick too. Tech that came out was knowledgeable & went through options first & then we chose which action to take. Bathroom looked good once work was done.

Scheduled appointment for 2-4pm, workers contacted me at 1:20 to inform me of there expected arrival of 2:10. They arrived on time gave a quick appraisal of the job involving clearing of the main sewer line of roots. They cleared the line and inspected it with a camera and showed me the video. Job was completed in a timely fashion and the workers cleaned up the area .

The specialists from Mr. Rooter were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I was handed a business card at the very start as proof of who was working on my heating system - they take pride and ownership of the work! Shoe covers went on over their shoes so as not to harm the carpets/floors of my home. They shared what the process was - finding out what the heating system at my home entailed, diagnosis of the heating unit, and then an upfront and candid discussion of how to move forward with fixing and maintaining my 10 year old heating system. They stayed until everything was in working order, and I am so very grateful to them.

I believe that I was overcharged for something they discovered after they had started work. I should of brought the project to a halt and asked them to leave. I regret that I agreed to the additional charges.

I would highly recommend this company. Eric was fantastic starting with the initial visit and throughout the entire process. Showed true care and compassion when no other company in the area did. Completely replaced my 50+ year old boiler and hot water heater for a lower price than another company wanted just for a new boiler replacement. Positive all around experience with this company!

Very expensive

They charge to much.

Twice they cancelled and rescheduled our confirmed appointment time, which was inconvenient. However, once they showed up, they were skilled and diligent at diagnosing the issue and locating the part that needed replacing despite difficulty in finding it. They have ordered the part, and they will be returning to install it. Throughout, they have been very professional and courteous.

Plumbing is a skilled trade, and there's a price for that. I wish it could have been less expensive, but the pricing estimate was accurate and what I paid, so no surprises
