Technician charged me for 6 hrs. He went to the supply house and 3 times in the day and said each time they gave him the wrong part. Nothing was fixed and he even wrote In the invoice things didn't work out in my favor. Charged me 6 hrs to take my tankless heater apart and put it back together. Nothing was fixed.

Eric was very accommodating in terms of my questions and was very thorough in his work. He was very knowledgeable yet made it so easy to understand!

I would tell them to hold on to their wallets. If you want to shop at a convenience store for all your groceries, then Rooter is your company.

I can not honestly comment on the work quality of this company because they never did the work. Here is what happened. They responded quickly to my inquiry for some furnace work. I made an appointment for the next day. The woman I spoke with, Allison, said there was a $49.95 dispatch fee for which she took my credit card number. At that time I asked if she could give me a range of what furnace work might cost. As I kind of expected she could not since of course, she had no idea of what the problem was. The work was for a rental cottage on my property. The tech showed up at the agreed time. But shortly after he showed up, he called me (I live in a separate house) and said that he was waiting for my tenant to move some more things out of the way, so he could better access the furnace which is in more of a crawl space than an actual basement. At that time he also told me it was going to be another $319 for him to even go in and look at the furnace. What?? After having a heated discussion with him about this and having him hang up on me, I called the Mr. Rooter office and spoke to someone named Jeff. Jeff told me that the tech could look at the furnace, but if he took out any tools to do a diagnostic it would be $319. I said there was no mention of this amount when I spoke with Allison the day before. As I was talking to Jeff on the phone, I saw the tech drive away. He had not even gone into the basement! Jeff never apologized for not fully disclosing what it would cost to have them come out for a diagnostic. To me, it was an obvious bait and switch. He did say he would refund the $49.95. But basically told me what happened was their policy, have a nice day and then hung up on me. I immediately got on the phone with another company who came out the next day and for $99, did the diagnostic. No dispatch fees. The furnace does need more work. And guess who will be doing it? NOT MR. ROOTER. I can not imagine what it would have cost if they had actually done anything. Also, my tenant said the tech had been very rude to her. Which does not surprise me because he was very rude to me on the phone. If I could give them a ZERO for customer service I would. Buyer beware!

After replacing my disposal unit, apparently fouled up the drainage of my dishwasher so unit requires service

I thought it was a little pricey but I did not have multiple estimates for comparison.

Theft happened while company was out, it was a gold watch I had had since the 1950's, gift from my parents. Very upset

My only criticism is that I was told the service tech would be there between 10 AM and 12 noon and he did not show during this time frame. I received a call from the tech at 12:25 that he would be there in 30 minutes. I understand that earlier jobs may run longer, but if so, then I should have been called during the service time frame about this not 25 minutes after the latest time he was supposed to be there.

Mr Rooter checked on me several times and sent a wonderful plumber out to my house. He really tried to figure out what the issue was , but was not able to fix my problem. I was charged $300, for less than 1/2 an hour of work. Nothing was taken apart, no leaking, just checking my water pressure. We basically stood there talking, so I thought the $300 was rather steep , since the problem was not taken care of. Trustworthy, yes . Would I call them again, yes.

Plumbing emergency on a Sunday. The office staff excellent and worked with me. Had plumber out within 2 hours. Dylan and Eric were excellent. The office staff stayed on top of project for the return trip until it was completed. (had to order parts) Would definitely hire again. Very professional, thorough and reasonable. cost.

If I could give them more then five star I would. Todd was great with explaining everything step by step it was an expensive job but it had to be done. We are very happy with the over all job that was done

we had a problem with the kitchen sink and dishwasher hose that needed to be fixed ASAP. we contacted them and they came the day after. they fixed the problem, the did a free inspection on the 3 levels of the house and also helped me changing a shower head with no charge. I think it was a little expensive, but we know that plumbing is not cheap and we needed help right away. The job was done fast and ver well.

at 300.00 per hr. way over priced compared to same trades in area. I had no heat and they were only co. to respond through Home Advisers.

By far the worst company and I would not recommend them. They charge you and don't provide you with the service.
