They were prompt and friendly, but $500 later, my problem was not fixed. Perhaps the problem was bigger than I had thought, but the fact that they did not determine that and let me think the problem was solved makes me feel cheated.

They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly determined what the issue was, repaired it and explained maintenance required to keep it running smoothly and extend life of unit. They also took a few moments to go through the rest of our plumbing to make sure everything was in working order. They found a few potential problem spots that we will have them back Later to fix. Was very impressed with their service.

Kevin & Todd were very professional! They arrived on time, I explained the project of installing water line for ice maker/water and they quoted me two prices. Both prices were very high compared to research that I’ve done. However, we were able to compromise and we agreed upon parts, labor and warranty. Customer service and cleanup was great! Explained the process as they were going through completing the project. Greatly appreciated and I would recommend them.

They came to my home showed me what needed to be done and they went and got the water heater. When they came back a short time later they had the tank and installed it in an hour with new pipes and a new shout off that I can do.

It cost me 500 dollars just so they can tell me they THINK is one issue, but will need at least 1500 to be sure, and they 1500 may need to be 6500. A complete scam of a company, they just collect money upfront with no desire to want the real job. But why would they, they just made 500 to show up and leave.

Came a day EARLY!! A welcome surprise. Efficient, professional in all aspects, price what I expected.

They wanted a deposit before they would send anyone out.The tech that came was excellent, clean efficient, solved the problem and was gone in about 35 minutes. (included time to get credit card information and create invoice) Total cost of the job was $328.76I belong to a HOA and we are always looking to add vendors to our list. I might be out of touch but I think the cost was excessive.

We rec'd. an estimate for the new hot water tank including installation, new tank, off-site removal of old tank, and estimate of how long the job would take. Job was completed that day. Eric was very good, would have liked more of a detailed estimate though - final price seemed very, very high, but as it was something that needed to be done sooner rather than later, and we never heard back from another plumber we contacted, we hired them on the spot. Would hire them again, but would make them give a detailed/breakdown of estimate on the cost of all steps/products needed prior to signing on the bottom line.

Bad experience!

Hired for a slow tub drain. After their service there was no improvement to the drain and I now had water leaking through my ceiling! Had to hire another plumbing company to fix it and they did a great job actually correcting the issue for a fraction of what Rooter was charging.
