They do good work, and are responsive. HOWEVER, I paid what I feel was a lot for this job, but after 3 requests for a parts/labor breakdown, they refuse to even answer. As a result of just that, I do not recommend this business.

The installer was professional and quick the work was good just a little surprised of the total cost it was 3x what I paid for the toilet but that was my only thing I didn’t like. When I asked for a quote I got a call for 100.00 when I asked for an estimate she could not tell me but since Lowe’s only charged 235.00 I did not think it would be that much. The reason I had to get a different installer is because they had rescheduled and I needed it installed for my handicap parent who was moving in but again the work and the installer were great

Excellent follow thru from their coordinator and the Plumber is a Master Plumber with high quality skills. He assessed the situation , gave a fair estimate and then proceeded to solve two plumbing problems in our new bathroom. His work was meticulous and he was attentive to all the details. He also explained all the steps that he was doing. Very complete and professional job. We greatly appreciate working with Jody and Mark.

Same day installation. Called at 10am, 20 year old hot water heater replaced by 3:30 pm.

The technician was excellent, competent,friendly and efficient. We agreed to the amount prior to his work because of our situation. We felt the price charged was exorbitant. The job took him les than 1/2 hour, and cost more than &400.00. Too expensive for 1 part repair.

Mr. Rooter responds quickly, but seems expensive. I use them any way because no one else comes close to their response time. They do good work.

Very friendly & pleasant company to work with. They set up an appointment for me the following day. But called me back about 10 mins later & said they had a tech available to come to my home within the hour. I feel they took the extra step to resolve my plumbing issue asap. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

The service we had was to have a slow-running drain unclogged. The work was fine and as we expected. Our complaint would be that we paid twice what I thought it would cost to clear one drain. The only reason we went ahead with the work was that the drain had been clogged for several days and we just wanted it cleaned. we will not be going through Angis list for our next service.

They were professional and friendly. Job was completed in on day (i needed a switch and a tank). He explained the system to me and how it works, as I've never had a well before moving. I was shown the rust and damage to the tank, and that made paying for it less painful; as I knew that the work was necessary. When someone comes to my house for service, and they don't explain what they are doing clearly and why...well let's just say they score if they do. They do wave diagnostic charges if you go with them for service. Thanks again!

They were to expensive for me to recommend to anyone I know, 400 dollars a hour. They had to return to fix leak and basically just put a band-aid.
