Friendly and personable. Came within two days.

Very good work. Left work site spotless, good follow up and answered all questions and provided several options and recommendations.

Tech came to look at gas burner that was not working. Charged me $350 for diagnosis and replaced a fuse on the computer board. I asked him if he could winterize the house if the burner could not be fixed. He left the house saying everything was ok but later I noticed that there was no circulation in the heater pipes. Called Mr Rooter and could not get the tech back. So I had to scramble to get another company to drain the heating and water pipes as the temp was predicted to go to 11 degrees that night.

They were very professional,both Patrick and Jason. Informed me of my ongoing dilemma and walked me through the process. One step at a time!

The cost was way out of line with averages!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem and promptly did it He answered all my questions and explained everythng that he did. The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but the price was reasonable. (Fortuntately, I have not needed much in the way of plumbing services in the 11 years I have owned my house in Sharon.) I was satisfied with the work that was done.

While I felt it was very expensive, Mark was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was quick to figure out and correct the problem. $700+ to change 2 faucets in under an hour is pretty costly.

They overcharged me for a small job. I moved furniture in front of the guy. He never moved it back. Highway robbery for a senior citizen. $800 for 12 in PVC pipe that was glued.

Tip: do accept to test for leaks. After the plumber repaired one joint, he found 3 other joints leaking in my old pipes. The testing was expensive, but worth it.

Price was $437 to replace a flow valve in the toilet! When he estimate at the price I was told that it could be one of two things one of which would be more costly, obviously. Very disappointed.

The plumber arrived in the allotted time frame which was terrific as we had a significant storm with trees down & power outage.He assessed the situation developed a plan and secured a water heater & replaced my old one. Very kindly alerted me to another issue that was going on in the basement. I would recommend Matt with out hesitation. Thank you for your seedy response.Katherine Kelliher

Too expensive for the work done.

the Rep that come out was friendly and informative , too many delays

Not professional.

Called and got someone to come a few days later to give an estimate to do yearly service on the tankless hot water heater. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was overloaded with information and could not remember everything he told me. He emailed me a couple of estimates. Both estimates were over $800 with no details. I called their office to see I could get a breakdown of the costs. Tech called me and said basically the owner of the business sets the prices. I asked if he could have the owner email a breakdown of costs. Tech said he would pass on my request. It's been a week and no further contact. Disappointed plus I learned the average cost to do the service I need is between $200 and $350. 4 stars for quick appointment and friendliness of Tech and the woman I spoke to on the phone. 2 stars for lack of owners communication. 0 stars for such a high estimate with no details. Plus was charged $49.99 for Tech to come to the home.

Plumber was excellent and very knowledgeable and responsive. He is a great asset to company. Highly recommend him

They filled our need quickly.

He came out and did the job with the least expensive way and was so friendly and helpful. I'm selling my house and he knew I was under stress and made everything so easy and less stressful. I kept his card for the new place if I shall ever need it I am so happy with the person that came out to help.
