I called as a result of a broken faucet. After speaking with the owner, they were able to come out the same day today and install a new faucet. Wic,I hope I have his name spelt right, was here on time and did the job without any major issues. I would recommend them anytime for your plumbing needs.

Extremely knowledgable and professional. Had a major carbon monoxide issue which shut our five family heat down in Febuary with temps in the teens. Made a call to the owner Arrhur and he had his crew ready to go and heat was restored that day. His crew saved us from a potential freeze up. Their price was very fair. Looking forward to working with them again.

i've got a complicated problem with my central a.c. A-1 Air sent out all the troops to figure it out and get my air coming out cool again. they are a conscientious company.

When the workers came, they were fast, knew what to do, and completed the job in a professional manner. Communications from the owner should have been more timely. They were late by 3 hours without a phone call. On the high side of cost, but considering the carbon monoxide problem and safety issues, worth it. I would hire them again and recommend them too.

They know what they are doing, they come promptly and finished the job without delays. The cost of the project was reasonable when considering the amount of work that the job entailed. We would recommend them to our neighbors. They are professionals.

A1 showed up the same day as my call to them, evaluated what the problem was, said they would order the parts, and return that same week to complete the work.. Everything they said they would do, they did. The price/quote A1 submitted was acceptable and A1 returned on July 4th to complete the project. I was very impressed and do highly recommend them for air conditioning projects. The fact they completed the project in under 4 hours and were willing to work on a major holiday was truly impressive.

installing central air in an old house is challenging at best but A1 air did a great job.they were professional, concerned and the price was reasonable.

I spoke with Arthur to schedule installation of my pellet stove. I was very concerned as this is my first experience with this appliance but I have to say with all honesty Arthur and Matt made this very easy for me. I got a follow up call to make sure everything was okay (which it wasn't - but Arthur walked me through restarting my stove and working the damper correctly). Being a new homeowner it was very nice to meet someone that wanted to make sure YOU were okay and everything was working. If you need service this is the company for YOU. He's honest, on time and great follow up. A1 Air is in my cell phone & will be my go to.

Arthur and his crew showed up on time and provided a competitive quote. They did some research on an alternate boiler I requested and installed that as well as the original duct and vent work I had asked them to come out for. The entire job met or exceeded my expectations in every regard. I am already planning to hire them again to do some work on another property I own.

Very good group of people to work with and I would call them again, if ever I needed any repairs to my HVAC system.
