Although 50 miles from my house A1 was there within two days which was impressive with the "hot" season in full swing. Extremely friendly and knowledgable.. Gave advice for the future of my system (mini-splits) and what I could expect.

Arthur was able to fit me into his busy schedule, and had me up and running in no time. Arthur was very knowledgeable, and prices where fair and reasonable. Would recommend and use his services again.

We had a consistent problem with our 8 yr old boiler refusing to turn on. There was a history of too many people looking at it in the past and trying various fixes. It go to the point where we had no heat over Christmas. We called several people in to take a look and the general response was to spend around $8000 on a new boiler. Artie was the only one that took the time to go through our system and properly troubleshoot and repair the issue. Everything is working great now and for nowhere need the money we were being told to spend.

So Far Arthur has been great. Took time to explain my options and took calls and texts from me late night on a Friday night and Saturday morning. Customer service has been amazing I will update the review once the work is done.
