He was very clear on what he was going to do and even asked me to open my screens so that the windows could be washed and drain properly. He was professional and performed the service without any hitches. I would definitely recommend him and will use his powerwash services again.

Dave was very friendly and professional. He stayed in contact and never left you wondering if he was going to show up. He was running late the day of, but called well in advance of his scheduled time to let me know...fabulous! We walked around the house prior to the job and again after. My only comment would be that I wish he would have told me prior to his arrival to put my screens up so he could clean the window sills. I would definitely hire Dave again.

Dave was very personable and efficient. He got right to business, told us what he needed and how well he would be able to access all sides of the house. He had an equipment malfunction halfway through the job, quickly fixed the problem and promptly returned to finish. Dave was professional with a great sense of humor. When the job was completed he asked that I walk around to inspect his work, to make sure I was satisfied. I would hire him again in a minute.

Dave arrived when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would do and then walked around the house with me to approve his work before he left. I would use his company again.

It went very well. Dave was very communicative and this made the transaction easy. He informed me when he would be in the area and arrived on-time and at the time we agreed. He setup and cleaned the gutters and was mindful of keeping the crud off of my deck furniture and deck as he cleaned. We tested the gutters to make sure they were fully clear at the drain end and at the top of the downspout. He was patient and easy to work with. I would definitely call him again.

He was very punctual and arrived at the time of our appointment. Dave was very courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning the siding. My house looks great. Dave did a great job, he was pleasant and hard working. He was at my home on time for our appointment. On one side of my ranch there was a lot of green and he got rid of all of it. I am very happy and will use him again to pressure wash my deck.

Dave promptly responded to my message through this site. He fit me in on a Saturday in between other appointments. Arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time helping me decide what to do with my gutters and stay within budget. We purchased the house in March and because of screens over the gutters had no idea the amount of gunky build up the home seller had left. Dave pulled out huge globs of mud by hand to show me the extent of cleaning needed. Dave spent a little over two hours working on my gutters and keeping me updated on the condition. He was polite, professional and worked diligently. The gutters are now gunk-free and look better from the street.

Dave was prompt in his response to me and came out quickly to do the work. Once he was done he had me do a walk around to be sure everything looked good. He was very friendly and east to deal with. My house looked much better afterwards. Having not had it powerwashed in the 10 plus years I've owned it, there was a good amount of dirt, particularly under the eves. After Dave left I did notice some spots that were not completely clean in hard to get places, but otherwise it looked good!

I found Dave on Angie's and enquired about the quote for my gutter cleaning. He provided a quote based on the length of my gutter and the communication was prompt. He gave me an estimate on when he could provide the service and called me as said the day before and showed up at my property as promised the next day. Took care of the job and got him hooked up with a couple of my neighbors as well. Very satisfied and will use his service for all future needs as well.

It went very well. One side of the house was very dirty and he was able to clean it up very nicely. My husband had him come back to do the other 2 sides of the house and clean the moss off the front steps. They came out beautifully.

Dave called me at work notifying me he was at the house. I arrived home while he was doing the back of the house / deck and railings. When he was finished we walked around the house to check on his work, he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything....and I certainly was. Windows, shutters, siding was glistening. I was very pleased with Dave. After I left a message he called me back quickly and chatted about what I needed. We scheduled a time when he could swing by my house to take a look and give an estimate. I had mentioned to Dave that I would not likely be home when he was there as I'd be driving home from work. When I arrived, I found that he had stayed extra to wait for me so he could better explain what needed to be done. I was impressed. Dave gave me as estimate (which he did not exceed when the work was done) and he let me know he would check his calendar and get back to me with a date. I asked if he could fit me in before the end of the month as we were going to be having a large party at our house. He was GREAT, and he managed to accommodate my request. Dave showed up, cleaned out the gutters and fixed some of the gutter guards. Easy to work with and I will call him in the fall to do it again. He's a friendly, no non-sense, get the job done guy. Dave was professional throughout. He was responsive to my initial email and showed up on time to review the house and provide me with an estimate. On the day scheduled for the service, Dave arrived on time and did an outstanding job washing the exterior of our house.

Dave called to tell me he was running late and gave a new estimated arrival time. He got here as predicted. He agreed to washe the fence as well as the house. The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. He was careful with the gardens and shrubs around the house. I would use his services again.

I heard back from Dave within a day of buying the Big Deal, which was nice. I picked some ideal dates in the coming week, but got a call a few days later saying he was scheduling two weeks out and would just call me a couple of days before to schedule the work. After not hearing from him two and a half weeks later, I called him and we scheduled something for two days later (5/8). Aside from me having to do the follow up to schedule, Dave was responsive to all other calls and questions my husband and I had. He said he'd come between 2:00p and 3:00p, but didn't arrive until a little after 3:30p. He did call to say he was running late, which was good, but he was already 15 minutes late when he called. We did a walk through around the house before he started, then he helped me figure out how to turn the water on for the outside faucets in my basement which I embarrassingly didn't know how to do! The whole service took about 1.5 hours including set-up and clean-up. The house definitely looked a lot better after the washing. We had some ugly brown stains on the side of our house from ice dams and icicles this past winter and there was no sign of the stains when he was done. I was a little worried about whether the cleaning solution would smell since I'm very sensitive to some odors, but the house just had a nice clean smell after the service.
