Our house was covered in concrete dust from construction outside. Dave did a great job house and deck washing. He was quick to call back, provide an estimate. He communicated great, took time to really look at the house to see what needed to be done and ensured he did no damage to my new landscaping. Thank you for your help Dave.

Dave got back to me in a day with an estimate just by checking out pictures of the house online. The price seemed reasonable so I decided to hire him for the job. He was able to come out the following week and the job was done in about an hour and a half and it was as if he was never there after. Dave was a pleasure to work with. When I asked how often I should do this, I found his recommendation very honest (a huge plus). My house looks like it has brand new siding and looks fantastic. I will definitely be calling him back and I’ve already recommended him for some possible future business... Support local businesses.

Dave from Davestar was responsive to communications; provided an accurate estimate; and, completed the job on the day and time promised. The job was well done, and the site was perfectly clean afterward, with no debris, scratching from equipment, etc. There was dark mold along the north side of the house, and less conspicuous discoloration elsewhere. The house looks fine now.

Dave as usual showed up on time and performed the gutter cleaning well. I will be using his services again in the future.

Contacted Dave 0n 11/10/2018 to clean my gutters. He gave me an estimate of $215 and told me that he would be in touch with me within two weeks. Dave never came to my house and never contacted me to tell me that he wasn’t coming. I was unable to get anyone else to come due to it being to late in the year and I was stuck with a ton of leaves in my gutters over the winter. I have used Dave two times in the past years. The first time he came in 2014, He quoted me $150. He removed all the leaves from the gutters and picked up and/or blew the leaves into the woods. I was home to witness this. I used him again the following year. After agreeing to do it for the same price of $150, he came by before the scheduled date and knocked on my door and told me that he was going to charge me $200 because it was difficult for him to get to front gutters. He already knew what to expect so he should have been up front when he originally quoted me the second time. I agreed to do it for $180. When he did the gutter cleaning this time, he didn’t pick up the leaves this time. He just spread them onto the lawn with his leave blower. I don’t think he knew I was home this time to see him do this. Because he didn’t show up last time and because his price goes up every time, I will not use him again.

Dave was very responsive from the moment I contacted him. He did a great job powerwashing the house and the shed and steps. All nice and clean. Will definitely hire dave again.

Dave was great! Brought all of his own equipment and just needed my spigot. I have a small house and garage, both with vinyl siding and stairs with railings. He pressure washed every square inch and it's now glowing! I plan to hire Dave at least every other year to spiff up my house.

Went well. Dave called my cell and we were able to coordinate the work that same afternoon. He communicated with me over text (as we'd agreed) and he left an invoice for me to pay in my mailbox after he'd finished the work. Overall, great experience. It's the first time I've had my gutters professionally cleaned, so don't know if the price was fair or not. That said, he made it easy and that's worth alot.

How people respond when things do not go as planned is often the best indicator of the quality of their service, as opposed to when everything goes perfectly. Dave came out to my house to clean out my gutter and to install new gutter guards. Dave was very responsive from start to finish. The gutters on my house were not installed in the usual fashion. We both knew going in that some field customization of the gutter guards might be necessary. Dave gave me a ballpark price which he said might go up slightly based on what he encountered in the field. He gave me a new adjusted price when he arrived on site and it was fair. He was very professional and made sure I was on board with everything he was proposing to do and with the price. When he began the work, there were additional unforeseen conditions that made it even more work than originally anticipated. Dave had to come back a second day to finish the work due to the added scope. When he discovered he had to return a second day due to these unforeseen circumstances, he was still willing to do the job for the price he quoted me on site the first day. He spent far more time than he had planned and I told him to give me a revised price for the time it actually took. The price he gave me was once again very fair and I paid for the added scope with no regrets. The work was well done and he reviewed progress with me at certain critical points along the way. He actually did a few extra things we had not actually discussed. He didn't bill me for the extra items. He did them in order to make my gutter system sound and perform correctly. He cleaned up all the construction debris and left things looking better than when he got there. Dave is responsive, knowledgeable and does high quality work at a fair price. How he dealt with the unforeseen field conditions that arose on my project told me everything I need to know about his company. The bottom line is: I have scheduled Dave to do more projects in the future.

He was punctual and did quality work despite us not being at the house. The side of our house looks great. Very easy to work/schedule with as well.

The 2 men who came here were polite and organized. They used their safety equipment on the roof-hard hats, cable. my gutters were totally clogged up and the siding on my house was filthy. Gutters are working and my siding looks great.
