Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the job Dave did on our house. Our house was extremely dirty and had a lot of mold and mildew accumulated on the siding and facia boards. He did an immaculate job cleaning the whole house and made it sparkle again. His price was extremely fair for the work that had to be done. He was a pleasure to do business with and we will definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends.

You wouldn't think gutter cleaning could exceed expectations, but it certainly did in this case. We happen to have a fair bit of rain this past weekend and the gutters work better than I can ever remember. He put in some extra effort cleaning the portion that was covered by the gutter helmet. Dave was very professional and arrived when he said he would.

He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. and had me walk him around entire house to discuss work to be done. He made some great suggestions and proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected. The house looks fantastic, especially the porches and stairs. The outdoor wicker furniture has never looked better. He even helped me figure out how to turn the outdoor water spickets back on after the winter.

Bought the Angie's list deal for 1800 sqft of power washing house for $199. Dave was prompt in making the appointment and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. The house was bigger than 1800 sqft so Dave gave me a price of $100 to do the three sides of the house I needed done. He did a great job and even some above and beyond with a brush to get some stubborn stains off. Would recommend his services!

I called Dave on Friday, he returned my call later that day and arranged to come to my home on Saturday. He provided an estimate before starting the job and completed the job that day. He discussed several concerns with me so that I had a clear understanding of what he could and could not do at this visit. He cleaned up after the job and performed all the work we agreed needed to be done. We were delighted with his work and plan to have him return in the spring to power wash our deck.
