Dave was very responsive to my inquiry and scheduled a visit very quickly. He came when he said he would and cleaned the three decks, stairs, and railings quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed doing business with him and I'd call him again in the future.

Dave is a true professional... courteous, friendly, fast responding and knowledgeable. He provided an explanation of how his approach works by using good products that breakdown the mold build-up. This way he does not have to use a high pressure power wash which can damage shingles. He protected our shrubs and grass when cleaning the roof. Before he left, we already saw the results of a clean roof! Dave's prices are very reasonable. We will have him back next month to power wash the concrete around our pool and front walkway. We are so glad to have Dave as an excellent resource in providing expert services for our home.

Dave was very easy to deal with. He responded to my inquiry the day I requested a quote. He showed up when he said he would. I had some black mold on many of the window trim, and he was able to remove in, greatly improving the appearance of my home. The house, foundation and walkways also look much better. I would call on him again when I need power washing services.

Dave came out last spring and treated the roof. While most of the lichen turned gray and washed away within a few weeks (as it was supposed to do), some of it simply turned gray and refused to move. I let Dave know, but since it was getting closer to winter he said he'd follow up in the spring. So, I reached out to Dave last week, and he was here yesterday and completed the job. Roof looks great, and I appreciate Dave's responsiveness. Payment had already been rendered, and some contractors might not feel compelled to return to complete the job (i.e., already have their money), but Dave wasn't one of them. He came back and got the job done!

Dave did an excellent work, was really easy to work with punctual. Walked around house with me to see if I had any concerns. Price I believe to be fair.

On 12/5/17 I left a message for Dave at 6:40 pm. On 12/6/17 at 7:04 I received a text from Dave asking for my address. That same day at 11:51 I received a quote and that Dave was available to do the job the following morning. Dave has an excellent response time and preformed a great job. I was preparing for an appraisal prior to refinancing and had not pressure-washed the house since we bought 3-1/2 years ago. It was dirty (old yellow vinyl, dated clapboard, yuck) and, of course, looked much worse than it needed to! After a few months of thinking we would do it ourselves, and getting down to the wire on timing, I read the reviews for pressure-washing on Angie's list and Dave's reviews were some of the best I read. I called him and he was able to come just a few days later despite his tight schedule (a late job at the end of the day). His work will make your house look like new! I will say it really does make a difference working with someone who knows how to do this properly and Dave sure does. He also has a lot of integrity and cares about leaving everything clean and in much better shape than when he arrives. Thank you, Dave :-) The appraisal went well!

Dave is very professional and a hard worker. He was responsive and gave an estimate over the phone via text. Estimate was for 350 and then it turned into 400 because it has not been done in years, but he confirmed before he went forward. He had broken a hose and called me to tell us that he was running late. Dave did a very thorough job and walked around and did some additional spraying on heavy build up and dirty areas. Dave was on time and eager to get working on the date of the service. He walked the property with me just before he started working in order to make sure he covered everything that we wanted done. Once the work was completed, we walked around the property again to make sure things were done to our satisfaction. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had about the process, the products and tools he was using. Excellent. I was totally pleased with him, he was wonderful in all ways, prompt, efficient, good quality work, very nice man, very service oriented, got back to me within the same day that I called him, I had my house washed within a week, I was just totally pleased with him. I would give him the highest rating you have. He actually did a little extra for me too, he washed out my gutters, cleaned out stuff from my gutters which was not in the original estimate. He was just fabulous, I would hire him in a minute again. The thing that sticks out to me about this company is service orientation, very easy to work with, extremely flexible timely, and did a beautiful job, and he was very service oriented.
