Description of Work: It took awhile to get the appointment scheduled, however he did follow up to make sure that it happened eventually. He was able to complete the work without me being at home, which was helpful. He called to let me know that power washing wouldn't really do much given the condition of my siding. I realize that this isn't his fault, but I also didn't feel like the $225 was well spent in the end.
