Dave did an excellent job. For the stubborn parts, Dave got out the cleaning solutions as well as a scrub brush. Dave had me come out periodically to check his work. House looked great after he was done. A big thunderstorm rolled through while he was working. Dave worked through the rain, except when it started lightning and he was standing there holding up a 30 foot long metal pole spraying water into the air. Dave was very professional and personable. I will definitely use Dave again.

The cleaning went well. He rinsed the areas a few times. Working with the bleach solution to clean the gutters was tricky but Dave navigated it well. It was very hot and humid the day of the cleaning with thunderstorms rolling in. He hung in there and completed the job. The inside window sills were a great improvement.

Dave responded right away after my purchase of big deal through Angie's List, discussed details and scheduled appointment within a few days. After he arrived to do the scheduled power washing job, I asked him if he could also check out the front gutter which had never been cleaned after last fall. He was able and willing to take care of that on the spot, completely cleaning out the leaves and flushing the gutter and downspout for only a small additional fee. Dave did a great job and especially noticeable was how clean the window frames were - made a big difference!

Dave did a wonderful job. He was very responsive regarding scheduling, returning telephone calls and texts. He was very fair with his pricing. He had to do quite a bit of hand-washing of the gutters and siding. The house looks incredibly clean, and that is exactly what I wanted. He even had to dodge several hornet nests in the process! I would recommend Davestar Powerwashing.

Extra costs over 50% of initial price which made in uncompetitive and time frame was over 6 weeks out. Useless to me.

Work was done satisfactorily but there were additional costs that I didn't expect.

there was some confusion about the service area for the discount. but once it was sorted out. the work was done quickly and well. We were happy with the result.

The quality of work was good. Bought a deal of Angies offer, which would cover a house of upto 1800 sq foot, but the house really was 2100 sq ft. Selected only 2 surfaces of the house to be cleaned while just rinsing the other surface, and pressure washing the stairs as well. All that was kind of a fair negotiation of what he would cover. He said that he would need to manually clean the rain water collecting gutters , and that would cost and extra $100, which i felt was expensive, but wanted to get things done while he was here, so got that done. He also pointed out that there was a lot of debri (leaves and dirt) inside of the gutters, he said he would clean that for an additional $100, finally settled to do that for $80. Overall, nice guy, did a good job, he was quick, would call him again if I need these services.

The entire process from estimate/quote to completion of work went very well. Dave is very customer focused, prompt, responsive and does great work (he actually did all the work himself). Within the day, we had neighbors noticing the difference in the appearance of our house and asking what we had done. It was a very positive business experience.

Dave was friendly and very detailed in his work. When he left, he left behind only a clean house and deck with gutters and downspouts that looked like new. We will use his services again and will recommend him to others.

Dave is very easy to deal with. He was able to remove the dirt from the siding on our home. The appearance is 100% better. He also did two stairways and a wood ramp and the difference was amazing. Dave is very honest and will explain what is needed and why. Our neighbor noticed Dave's work and hired him as well to do their power-washing. I highly recommend Dave.

Dave did a great job. Our siding looks great. The trim of the house was badly stained. And Dave was able to get all siding looking like new.

We were very pleased with the job that Dave did. We had no idea how dirty our house was!! We weren't home when he did the work, but our neighbor commented on how well the job was done. Dave clearly took pride in his work and when the fascia and gutters needed extra cleaning, he did the work and charged us a very fair amount. We are new to this house and he told us what we should do and how often.

Service advertised as $199 with "Bonus package" of gutter and screen washing. Provider stated that Bonus package was in addition to the $199 and not included. Ad was not written properly.

Fantastic....Dave did a great job even power washed my front porch..which looks like new. The side of the house looks great. will definitely use Dave again.

Provider didn't wanted to tell me about extra costs due to an extra 500 ft. of house living space in advance of work to be performed. When pressed, he doubled the price of the angie's deal. It feels like a bait and switch situation.

Dave came to give me an estimate to power wash the whole house, but as we were walking around the house, I realized that only parts were really in need... and Dave agreed... so we then together identified the parts that were really dirty and needed the power washing. I appreciated Dave's willingness to give me a price on the partial job, which he did. He said he was going to be in the area the next day, but did not pressure me to accept his bid, however, I decided to go ahead and have him do the job the next afternoon. The next morning he called me to say that his first job would take longer, so he would be an hour later than he'd thought, which was no problem and I appreciated that he had let me know. He did arrive when he said he would and he did a very thorough job. The brick walk looks like new! Some areas of the bluestone were actually stained, so they didn't come completely clean, but they were very much improved! He did everything we had agreed on plus added a very little details that he found while he was working. He had me look at it all when he was finished to make sure that I was pleased... and I was! A good power wash can do wonders to make your house sparkle! Thanks Dave!

He asked me for the address of the house. When I informed him that it was in New Jersey, he stated that Massachusetts, so he couldn’t do the service, and to contact Angie’s List for a refund.
