Davestar Powerwashing and Roof Cleaning

Description of Work: I used the Big Deal for Davestar Powerwashing for pressure washing.

Description of Work: Used this service due to a special offered by Angies list for 199.00 for house power wash plus*. The plus was explained on website as downspout cleaning. |Well Dave told me this meant the " outside" of the downspout . Really? This was the "Plus" ? I can't imagine power washing a house without washing the |downspout . So I had to pay extra have my gutter/downspout sprayed. Then he asked if I wanted my front and side entry/ exit cleaned. I don't know of any residence that doesn't have an entries/ exits. As a matter of fact every building must have an entrance and exit by law !!!! Each one is usually a few steps and entry area. Of course this would be extra. By the way my house dimensions fit the 1800sf+- dimensions. So after paying 199.00 I also had to pay an additional |224.00. That was bad enough but if there was an area that he had to brush then that would be more time and i would have to pay extra of course. Now I did pay |extra for both entries and he did not even brush the small railing . I had to do that myself. What a scam!! I asked about the railing and again he said that would be extra even after I had to shell out more. After my questions he acted like he was doing me such a big favor. I was very upset after he left. He said he rinsed the windows so there wouldn't be any "streaks" My windows were fine before, now they really are nasty. I have to pull my own machine out to do them. I started this review a few weeks ago but was so upset i couldn't finish. I hope no one else used his services.

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced rotten wooden gutters, repaired holes in the eaves of the house chewed by squirrels, replaced rotted siding. They are extraordinary craftsmen!!

Description of Work: Have a house over 4000 square feet. Have had siding over 15 years and never had a power wash. Dave spent a lot of time as there was mold on the siding and porches and this was just a large job. Dave was pleasant and at the end when there were a few patches I noticed he finished them. Would definitely use again!

Description of Work: we have vinyl siding on the back of the house and he power washed that--all two long stories of it. Did a great job and because the back wall is also the property line, he was very considerate of our neighbors and did a nice job of cleaning up. We are very pleased with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
