John, the owner and Troy, supervisor came to inspect the problem and presented us with options. They were both very professional and listened to our concerns and preferences. They helped us decide on fiber cement. They matched the color perfectly with the rest of the house. The job was completed in two days and they left our yard in the same condition as before the construction work. We would recommend this company highly and without reservation. They are experienced professionals who give you a sense of confidence in their knowledge and work. John was very prompt with giving out an estimate. His crew started a couple of days before schedule. They where on time every day and very friendly and professional. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the job they performed. I would recommend them to anybody who needs work to be done.

All Under One Roof was the first company to respond to the 3 inquiries that I submitted. John came out on time and was very knowledgeable. He looked over the situation carefully and then submitted a written proposal electronically within 24 hours. I raally appreciated having the proposal in my e-mail so I could go back to it whenever I had questions. I had asked for additional work but John explained it wasnt necessary --he didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. This was the only company that provided me a professionally typed estimate with all details. the rest just jotted numbers down on a pre-printed form before they left the property. All Under One Roof was in touch by phone and e-mail to follow up. this made it easy to ask questions and they answered all of them. All 3 bids were very similar but I chose this company because they seemed the most professional and most knowledgeable. I know my roof was not a difficult one to shingle--but it was wonderful to have mature and professional people to take care of the job. I travel a lot and they did the work while I was away. I returned to a beautiful new roof and an immaculate yard. They didnt make a big deal about the fact that I wasnt there when the job was finished to give them a check. I paid them the following day. Lo and Behold they even gave me a receipt without being asked. Amazing!! It was all very painless and this company was a pleasure to do business with! Because they are local I feel comfortable that they will respond to any issues that follow. But I am not expecting that. the roof looks great and the rakes are gorgeous. The trim was done VERY WELL and it is nice to know that I will never have to paint it again.

The price was a bit higher than some alternatives but I went with this provider to have both chimney and roof done by the same provider and I am satified with the decision.The proposal was detailed. Communication with the provider was good.They arrived when they said and completed the work in a timely fashion.The cleanup was not perfect but nearly so.Overall a very good choice.

Gave me the best quoted price of several contractors. Very accomodating in helping sort out issues at City Hall when obtaining permit. Entire job was completed in one day, with dumpster, roofing crew and aluminum subcontractor all arriving on schedule. Good communication throughout.

They have done numerous projects. They are the best contractors. They have a very good reputation in our neighborhood. A lot of people have used them. We can 't say enough good things about This company. They are very customer service oriented and worked with us every step of the way to complete these two projects. The roofing work was completed in two days. The yard was left even cleaner than they found it and the new roof looks terrific. John was so attuned to customer service that he personally dropped off samples of shingles for us to select just the right color. When we picked one color he gave us an honest opinion of another option that might look better with the color siding we are considering for next year. Then he even came by again with an actual sheet of the new shingle color for us to see how it looked. One of the things that really impressed us about the roofing project was the way they did the work knowing that rain was in the forecast for the second day. They removed the shingles on one side of the roof and did the replacement work on that side and didn't do the other side until they knew they could complete it. So there was no tarp covering an exposed roof, etc. By the time we got home on their second day of work the job site was cleared of all debris and looked cleaner than when they started. The decking job involved building a new composite deck. John and Troy worked closely with us on determining the size of the deck and the materials to use. They came back a couple of times when we asked for different dimensions or changes to the original plan. They worked with us to determine how best to complete the project fwhen we decided to downsize from our original plan. The way this deck is constructed and the work they put into it is absolutely amazing. In 5 days they completed installation. Again, they cleaned up and left things better than they found them. They contacted us immediately to be sure that the work met our satisfaction and that we were happy. They are just the most professional, friendly, customer oriented contractors we have ever worked with. We look forward to having them work on siding for us next spring.

Because of all the rainy weather we had and prior commitments they had, I understood it would be awhile before they could start. Troy would send me emails just to keep me updated on what was going on. They came early in the morning and work throughout the day. The were very professional, very nice guys and very neat. Everyday they would clean up the yard and make sure no nails or debris were left behind when they would leave for the day. When they were done with the job my yard was cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

John and his siding crew, Paul and Tim, were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional and diligent in performing their duties. Samples of the two types of siding we were considering were attached the back of the garage several weeks before work started so that we could compare both the Certainteed and Quest brands of white siding to choose our favorite. Samples for shutter colors were also provided by John for comparison. The quality of workmanship was excellent with all joints, edges, and corners fitted tightly, all lines straight and true, and all exposed wood covered. Nothing was hidden underneath the new siding as all damaged and rotted sheathing and trim was first replaced. If there were any questions, we were asked before the crew proceeded. All of our concerns about vents and light fixtures were addressed and resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The final price exceeded the estimate by $200, the cost of additional materials need to repair damaged trim and sheathing that was not included in the original quote. But before any additional work was done, we were consulted and notified so there were no surprises in the end. Overall, I would highly recommend All Under One Roof for a vinyl siding job based on their high quality work.

Excellent! John and his crew are outstanding, professionial and knowledge, courtesous and prompt. John gaves us a choice of shingle vendors and options on underlayment and ice and water shield and explained all the options and pros and cons. From the first call to the completion of the job it was excellent and they where a pleasure to deal with; always responsive and quick. He kept in touch with updates on the schedling and throughout the job. A nice touch, unlike some contractors we have used, is that John is on the job site himself, at various times thoughout the job, overseeing the work and reviewing the quality. The job went perfect from the roof to the facia board work; when John heard I was getting conflicting info from several gutter companies, he contacted his gutter company and got me a referral. His price was slightly higher than some of the other bids we received but the difference in the quality of the materials and the workmanship was well worth it! They are returning in a few weeks to repair some shingles and in the future we will use them for new siding and windows. I am very happy overall; use them I am sure you will be happy too! Keep up the excellent work.

John was fabulous - knowledgeable, courteous, timely. Work was performed on schedule with an incredible crew with lots of experience. They worked as a unit preparing and installing new roof. Work was done on time and within budget! John met with us every day to assure satisfaction. Additional work was performed, as requested by us. The price was fair and reasonable and the work was above satisfactory! Although not the cheapest, worth the price!

In fact, it was the time he spent describing the job, details, expectations and providing roofing material samples that won him the business. Except for some additional plywood replacement (which was expected and clearly communicated) the scope of work, execution, timing and pricing was exactly as described and quoted. I had an unexpected complication with some skylights. John was extremely flexible and accommodating and quickly resolved this issue. He supervised the work (a big issue with me) and communicated daily. Although the high bidder, they were flawless in execution, quality and professionalism. I highly recommend and will likely use them in future.

We had roof leaks during the two back-to-back spring storms that damaged the ceilings in the upstairs of our house. We contacted All-Under-One-Roof. John Lanzafame came onsite and was highly professional. He pointed out issues with our roof and made recommendations. He asked us about the known history of the roof. He pointed out issues with the chimney flashing and drew up a quote for both the roof replacement and the treatment of the flashing. His price was slightly higher than the average, but his professionalism and desire to engage us in talking about our roof and its issues impressed us greatly. John's team was great. They all treated my wife and kids with respect during the process. They completed the flashing and the roof replacement. They talked about issues with the roof and modified the venting to improve it. Their clean-up was superb. We were quite pleased with the visual results when the effort was complete. We were even more pleased when, after the winter of 2010-2011, there was not a single leak in the roof. For that matter, not one shingle was out-of-place. All Under One Roof is reliable and provides quality and value.

I called the company on Friday, February 4. No one ever returned my call. It was a very busy time for snow removal as we had had several snow storms in a short period of time and roofs were in jeopardy of collapsing due to weight of the snow. I did not necessarily expect them to come right away, or at all, but I did expect a return phone call. I would never call them again - for anything.

Several months ago All-Under-One-Roof replaced our roof. We liked everything about that job so we asked John and Troy to give us an estimate on replacing our 25 year old drafty windows. They came in, figured out how the work should be done, and gave an estimate that was both detailed and priced fairly. The windows and workmanship were excellent and the carpenters were friendly and professional. This company has broad expertise and goes the extra mile. Here's an example. Our back door latch recently developed a problem - even when it is unlocked you have to push the key-hole in slightly to turn the handle. We had to explain its idiosyncrasy so the workers could get in and out. Before I knew it Troy had the mechanism apart and was investigating the problem. He concluded that a part was broken and a new latch would be needed. A second example: The bulkhead door was showing its age and was not mounted well against the foundation. It also had a few small rust holes in one spot. We asked for an estimate to replace it. Rather than trying to maximize profit, John said that he thought the old door still had a lot of life in it. He said, "New doors were very expensive and a piece of junk." They would patch the holes (JB-weld), improve the mounting and seal the door against the foundation and wall. They did so for no charge! I just have to sand and paint it. When we have construction needs in the future we will first go to All-Under-One-Roof.

He was very good. They came over and looked at the outside of the house. He went upstairs to look at the boards under the attic, because my house is over 150 years old. He came when he said he was. The crew was very good and the clean-up was excellent. He did exactly what he said he would do.

The work proposal was detailed. Estimated time to begin work was correct. A friendly and professional crew came, did the work in two days, cleaned-up, and left; there were no surprises. I will be getting estimates from this company for additional work on the house.
