I sent a request for a quote for a broken seal on a window. Unfortunately, they do not provide this service, however, they did respond quickly and did give a reference for someone they had used in the past.

They did a excellent job! Wonderful to work with!

- Very prompt with initial estimate and replies back to questions- Service was performed on time. Every effort was made to protect property while work was being performed and they did an excellent job in cleaning up. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Everything is perfect, we couldn't be happier. Their work is high-end and they are a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't bother even calling anyone else for an exterior job. they've done a lot of work overall in our neighborhood and it all looks great.

All Under One Roof did an excellent job. They removed the old shingles and installed new ones. They also replaced my attic fans with new updated model. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They explained all the work they were going to do ahead of time and did everything they said they would. They took their time during the installation, even not removing shingles one day because of the threat of rain so my roof would not get damaged or have any leaks. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding. A crew of 7 guys descended on our house when promised and spent 3.5 days performing meticulous work. Work was performed in a well organized manner starting with the front of the house and moving to the back. Once the main body was complete the porch and sun room were completed. At the end of each day the area would be cleaned. The crew was very professional and courteous. They had challenges along the way with a water leak where 2 roofs joined but, the response was fast and dilligent to identify the source of the problem and resolve it. At the end of the day the crew was very experienced, worked like a well oiled machine and showed great care for our home. I would use their services again in the future.

Replaced our roof. Everything happened very smoothly and they cleaned up well afterward. They came when they said and finished in two days, as promised. No complaints.

Troy and his team were prompt, courteous and did the job in the time that they estimated. They did exactly what they said they would in the quote. They suggested a few ways for us to save some money based on further renovations we would need to make in the future, even if they would not be the ones doing the work. The roof and chimney now look great. We did get a quote in January and they said they would call back in March when the weather was right. I did have to call them back when they did not call me by April, but once we were back in touch they were very responsive and prompt.

John and his team at All Under One Roof did a great job, from the initial point of contact to the final follow up at the end of the job. John did a great job during our initial meeting to explain the options, what they would do, when they would do it, cost, time to do the job, etc. I called several references and they were all stellar. The price was very competitive. Once I commited to the work they gave me an estimated date. The week before the work they called and let me know what day they could start. They were there as planned with all material, dumpster, etc. I happened to be working from home those days so I saw and heard what was going on. The crew of, I think 6 or 7 guys were not noisy at all, seemed to get the job done very quickly ( about 2 1/2 days ), and actually left my yard cleaner than they found it. They even cleaned up and organized / covered all their equipment each night even though they were coming back at 8 the next day. They took time to answer my questions as I was nosing around once in a while during the work and were very polite and friendly. They accommodated a request for something that was a little extra work without any question or extra charge. Time will tell if the shingling material I chose and installation will hold up, but as far as I can tell, John and his team know what they are doing, did a great job, and I would hire them again.

It never went because they never called back to set up an appointment for the estimate.

All Under One Roof lives up to their Angie's List reputation. They stripped all the old shingles from entire house. Installed Armourguard ice and water shield along all eaves top to bottom in all valleys. Installed all new pipe boots. Above the ice and water shield, installed IKO cool roof guard synthetic underlayment to the remaining sheathing up to the ridge. Installed IKO Cambridge AR architectural shingles to entire roof. Installed a GAF Cobra ridge vent capped with color matched ridge shingles. Counter-flash the chimney and all roof protrusions with ice and water shield, sealed and tied into the new roof. They cut and installed all new lead flashing into chimney. Also Cut and ground out mortar joints on all (4) sides of chimney. Installed all new adhesive based mortar and tuck point. Then applied Behr waterproof spray.. The Chimney work was done on a Wednesday. The roof of the house was stripped and installed on Thursday. By Friday the entire job was done all while I was at work, It looks great. They even replaced the shingles on my shed to match the house. There was no mess or damage. They placed the dumpster just where I asked them to and someone on the job actually threw a bag of lawn clippings, that were by my house, into the dumpster. That may seem like a small thing but, it shows that they care about their customers and are willing to do everything they can to please. Thank you John, Troy and everyone who worked on my house.

Did job exactly as promised. Reasonable price, very professional, great work.

I called and left a message about replacing my roof. Troy called me back the next day to inform me that my area was not one that he provided services to. I appreciate the fact that he called to let me know, rather than just not return a phone call. If I lived in his service area, I would definitely call him again.

Troy and team were excellent, responsive, clear and tidy. The work was performed in a very quick fashion, a big crew came out, took care in setting up the job site and were done within a day. Would be happy to use them in the future for any other work we need done.

Reasonably priced. The clean up was exceptional and the work was done on time. I cannot think of even one compliant. It took only one day and what we liked the best was that the work was supervised. The whole experience was very positive!

fabulous. The quote was done back in January when the house was purchased. Scheduling the visit for the quote was done online. Professional, used email which was an enormous help for any questions and updates. John the owner and Troy his foreman are very good at communications. There was never a doubt in my mind that this was the team for the job. They called on a Friday, and said the weather was going to be good Monday-Wednesday, so they were going to start. Each day they cleaned up, swept up. They did one whole side stripping and finishing so that there was never exposure to the elements. His crew were polite when I showed up at one point during the work. Always professional. I can't be any happier with the crew or the work that was done.

I had worked with them before so I was comfortable with them. They were prompt. They gave a quote and did the work. The price was reasonable. They came out in the middle of winter which is not the normal time to do roofing so they were able to accommodate my schedule. I didn’t shop around too much so the price was fine. It was good work.

Called after super storm Sandy to have my roof looked at--they never returned my call.

After contacting them, I agreed to an estimate on short notice since they were in the area. Because of the short notice, the ladder was not on the truck & the roof was not walked. All Under One Roof was my 1st estimate & the friendliest. Two guys came & this worked out well, as one talked while the other measured, then both consulted. My estimate was emailed soon after. The estimate was very detailed & included the standard stuff that should be there but may not be (example: 6 nails per shingle 1-2-2-1 pattern, Planks will be placed under dumpster to prevent any damage to driveway, Cover valuables in attic). The estimate also included everything that had been discussed particular to my house, even the wording seemed to address my concerns (example: Carefully remove ...) Estimate included W. R. Grace Ice & Watershield. This is the name brand & 3x as expensive. If you do not get water damage from ice dams like I do ask for an alternative, otherwise research whether the watershield is placed under or over the drip edge. In response to the estimate, I emailed back that they forgot to include the garage. They were not the only ones to do so. I did not get back an updated estimate as promised but nor did I ask again. Compared to other estimates I got: A new rubber roof was not included. Without a ladder, they said it looked OK. I do not know if they even do rubber roofs. Company did not seem comfortable removing & putting back aluminum siding.

This company has really ?Wowed? me! I requested an estimate for a new roof & a few other things on November 11, 2012 (Veteran?s Day) following a complete failure by my home insurer to even inspect the Sandy damage to my roof. All Under One Roof called me the following day (a holiday) and told me that they could come out to my home by 2pm that very same day (they gave a window of about 2 hours but said definitely by 2pm)! I was WOWED by their expeditious response!! They were here before 2pm, looked at my home, showed me the materials and told me they would have a proposal to me by November 13th. I got that proposal on the 13th just like they said I would! Because of NE weather, I was told to wait until Spring & they patched the Hurricane Sandy damage FREE OF CHARGE to get me through the winter. They came back on 4/23/13. The meticulous work was completely done in 2 days with absolutely NO damage to my landscaping or siding. John & Troy are my angels?I finally have a friendly, professional contractor who I can count on!

I wanted an estimate on a garage roof. They said they would be by on a monday at 11; I waited until 1PM and left as I had other appts. Never called to say they could not make it. A message on answering machine the following day apologizing for not making it. Several dayy later

John, the owner, was the contact person. he provided the estimate and oversaw teh work. John was prompt with his quote and provided detailed pricing in the quote. He sent me to look at other homes he had sided. John was on site each day. The job went very well. Any extras added while the work was being done was discussed ahead of time. hohn even called a gutter company when I decided the old gutters would not go with the new siding. The work crew was pleasant and efficient. My house looks beautiful! I would recommend All Under One Roof.

After meeting with representatives from several roofing companies, we selected ALL UNDER ONE ROOF to replace our roof, demolish and rebuild the chimney, which was leaning, and replace several sections of siding trim. We were impressed with their knowledge and obvious expertise; the excellent ratings on Angies's List; and their very fair quote. Our roof is challenging, with several steep pitches, and a very high turret, which required special equipment to reach the upper part. The team worked diligently and the cleanup was excellent. Everyone was thoughtful and considerate. The job was completed on time and within budget. We highly recommend ALL UNDER ONE ROOF.

They are not the highest priced or lowest priced. They have done several jobs for me including the windows, masonry work and in 2008 they replaced my entire roof. They are on time and very good about cleaning up and they make good recommendations. For the quality of their work they are worth every penny. My house looks brand new house and the windows are gorgeous. I don't have any rain coming in after a storm and no more bugs. They helped me solve a lot of problems just by putting in those new windows. He is a local guy and right down the street. He doesn't oversell and gets you exactly what you need. He provides good solutions to problems, he is honest, he is fair. I would use John for everything. Windows are expensive but I am very satisfied with his work. They go above and beyond. All my neighbors are using him to redo their roofs. His foreman Troy, is excellent as well. A lot of times John is not available and Troy will get right back with you.
