Russ answered our call late in the day and made arrangements to stop by that night to give us a quote. Hired him right away. The job required the workers to use a chain saw to cut timbers in a 5'tall crawlspace under a barn; and, to remove a large number of old brick and stone. We also had various other junk to remove from the barn and our basement. The team arrived on time and worked steadily to get the job done. We asked if they could take some additional items and they did. Russ came by and did a walk through inspection to make certain we were satisfied before payment was made. It was a pleasure to work with an ethical professional. The customer service at Willow Creek Land Design is Excellent as is their work.

I have been compiling a Dream Team i.e., a list of contractors who have helped me with our house over the past several years. Willow Creek Land Design made the list with 5 stars. I will be handing off my Dream Team list to the next owners of our home so they will know exactly who they can trust to not only do an excellent job, but also at competitive pricing. I deeply appreciated the 2 young men Russ sent over to do my lawn as they were very accommodating to me during a time when I was having some health issues. David and Nick were easy to communicate with and to check in with any concerns I had. I am a perfectionist and they totally met my wish list. They also helped me with a few things that weren't exactly on the list - like carry our barbeque off the deck over to where it can go to the dump. <3 <3 <3 and they did a little masonry with some cement they had extra from another job. Russ runs a fine NE England TEAM! He had me at "I'm here to be of service." Thank you to everyone.

Willow Creek Land Design did a great job pruning some difficult trees that overhung other smaller trees. Their crew was eager and capable to undertake this difficult job. They were very friendly, cleaned up and raked the small debris all for a reasonable price!

The manager was attentive to some changes required to make it safer for my wife while maintaining his price. The manager was easily contacted, returned calls and made several visits to the job site to assure work was done satisfactorily. Would hire again.
