The guys showed up on time. They were great! They did extra work for me. Very polite and professional. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

They did a great job, but it was expensive.

The only reason I did not give them a 5 for customer service is because I was quoted a specific price which I accepted and then I was upcharged for additional mulch. I was told that it's hard to predict in advance how much mulch will be needed but I feel that's the responsibility of the company. If they miscalculate, they should pay the difference (that's just good business.)

Professional-Meticulous-Skilled Hiring Willow Creek Land Design was the best decision I could have made! There were many companies to choose from but Willow Creek stood above the rest. It began with an immediate response to my inquiry and continued throughout the project. Communication and prompt response made the process easy. Each interaction was professional and pleasant. I asked for several project bids and needed several drawings to submit with permits, each request was hand carried within a day or 2. Willow Creek was the best choice for many reasons; their excellent management was carried through in the quality of their team. Johnny and his crew treated the jobsite, my property, like it was their own. They put plywood down to protect the area where they would be walking. Meticulously attending to the smallest detail, they worked like a well,-oiled machine, creating a wall I wanted them to sign when it was done! I am a designer myself and I am very particular, I see details many people could care less about. This crew is just like me! I was happy to see that one of Johnny's go-to tools was his level! I could not be happier and if their was a rating higher than 5 I would have given it. I have much more work that needs to be done and I'm feeling great about having the best team to help me accomplish it all! I highly recommend Willow Creek Land Design. I called for a fall cleanup during probably their busiest time and they gave me a very reasonable quote within hours and scheduled an appointment in a matter of a couple of days. The crew was hard-working, polite, careful with regard to property and respectful of the neighbors. When they finished, I barely recognized my yard! It was completely cleaned of fallen leaves, debris and they even mowed my lawn!! I was so pleased I canâ  t wait to book them for my spring cleanup.

Said they would be here and start the job on Thursday morning. They were a little delayed, came by noontime. I thought that was fantastic. Estimated job would be one day - they were finished noontime on Friday. Excellent experience. Would definitely hire again or give a high recommendation.

Repair of brick stairs and newly graded brick walkway look great! Very happy with the quality of the work and will be looking to hire again.

Make sure you wait for all estimates to come back before you hired any pro I received a lower rate days after they did the job .i will wait the next time

A large tree limb came down just missing our garage, during a recent storm, and pinned between the ground and the tree itself. They promptly came by to estimate the work, which we included removing other suspect tree limbs. They arrived as scheduled completing the work that day. They resolved a neighbor's concern about overhanging tree limbs as the work was being done in our yard. Cleanup was very good leaving property better than before the storm.

Needed a bunch of dead trees removed. They stuck to their quote despite complications taking down a large oak in a tight space.

He raised the price after I gave him the project. He subcontracts someone else to do the job. The brickwork is not straight. The grout line color does not match the original color at all. He does not reply to my message after I paid him. Very unreliable people. My big mistake.

On time started and finished job right on time!!!
