They called back to confirm a day or two before the appointment date. Two men arrived on time with all necessary tools to complete the work. They were pleasant and efficient throughout the process. Results were excellent.
Description of Work: They were prompt, polite, pleasant, and efficient. Results were excellent, with a minimum of disruption. I plan to use them again.

+ -1 moreWe had just purchased our home and finished a major renovation project. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and were really dirty. We were initially going to clean the windows ourselves and at the last minute ran out of time so we decided to hire someone. We called Jack and he fit us in to his busy schedule. He did an amazing job! Our windows and doors sparkled, my two year old almost walked into one of them because she thought it was open but it was simply that clean. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to hire them again.

+ -1 moreAt the appointed day, Jack and his partner arrived on time and did an extremely effective job despite not having had our windows cleaned in a very long time. Because of this, some of the storm windows were difficult to remove. There was no additional cost for the added time to complete the job. We plan to use the services of New Generation annually.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. The job took about 2.5 hours. They worked steadily and left no trace of their work, except very clean, sparkling windows. Over the phone, Jack estimated the job somewhat higher, but as it took them about an hour less time than he estimated, he voluntarily charged less, without me asking for the reduction. I was very impressed with his honesty. I would definitely use New Generation again, and would recommend the company to others with dirty windows.
Description of Work: Jack and his son Mike washed about 40 windows inside and out in our three story home. They did not wash screens, nor did I ask them to. Probably if I had to do it again, I'd ask them to wash the screens as well.

+ -1 moreI was shopping for window washers on Angie's List (for my sister's condo in Bedford), and when I called New Generation Window Cleaning, I immediately got the owner, Jack Beaudoin. I explained to him in detail how many windows my sister had and what kind/style they were. Jack was able to give me an estimate right over the phone. I called a couple of other companies, but called Jack back and hired him for the job. Our conversation was very pleasant and he was extremely informative. I just had a good feeling that he and his son, Mike, were going to do a very good job, and they did just that. They were very methodical and did not rush. These old windows were a challenge as well, but Jack and Mike got the job done and the windows looked amazing! I took a couple of his business cards and have already passed a few out. I would highly recommend this company to wash your windows - you won't be disappointed. My sister was very pleased with the results. Thanks again, Jack and Mike!

+ -1 moreUsing New Generation Window Cleaning was a breeze. From calling and getting a quote over the phone on a per window cost, that I was told was an estimate until they see the actual job. Very friendly over the phone and professional. I booked the job that day based on the estimate. Jack and his son Matt showed up 1/2 hour early, walked around to assess the house and job and the quote was not changed. They worked like a well oiled team, cleaning the windows, screens and then re-installing the screens, pointing out a few tears and 1 missing screen. They also cleaned the transom windows over the garage doors, which I had forgotten about in the initial conversation It was nice to deal with professional and friendly people who give a quote, meet that price, show up on time, or a little early, do quality work and stand behind their work. I highly recommend New Generation and will use them again

Also cleaned the sills and screens We have tilt in windows with grids between the glass Screens were off the windows, stored for the winter - be sure if you do this to label them all Window cleaner had to wash both sides of the glass, winwow sills, clean the screen and re-hang them

The end price was exactly as promised so no bad surprises there. The only criticism I have is that they were scheduled to come to my house on an agreed upon day and got stuck at another job. To their credit, they called me to ask if it was ok if they could show up later and I said no since I didn't think they could finish in the time they'd have remaining in the day. They rescheduled and they showed up right on time and finished the job quickly. Frankly, I wish I had just let them come on the day they were supposed to show since they would have been able to get the work completed without hanging around into the evening. Also, the reason they were delayed was because the homeowner on the other job underestimated the amount of work she wanted done so, at the end of the day, they were trying to make allowances to make a customer happy. They were polite and careful in my home and I would absolutely use them again.

+ -1 moreThe service was excellent. Jack and his son cleaned all of the windows on my Cape style house. He was able to estimate the price over the phone and it was exactly what he charged. They are very professional. He said with screens on my windows over time there is a build up. He used an extra cleaner which removed a film on the outside of the windows that had built up for several years. When they were done, I could not believe how they came out. The cleaning made my whole house feel better and fresher. I love sunlight and now I have more. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Cleaned inside and out 12 windows. The windows are extra large and very old! An immaculate job! The owner and his son arrived on time , were extremely professional and gentlemanly. Had to give a tip because I felt they should have charged me twice as much! It was also the hottest day of the summer, and they were on extension ladders! I am recommending them to everyone!

They cleaned all windows in and out, including all storms and screens which they removed. They did a terrific job. Jack has been in business a long time and it shows. His work is great. I will definitely use his services again in the Fall. My windows look great.
