Prompt, professional team quiet, while moving inside house, quite and very professional when cleaning outside portion of windows. Cheerfully cleaned 3 large plate glass windows which are difficult to access. Overall very happy with quality of work at a great price. Plan to have back for the next time when windows need cleaning. Absolutley would recommend to others with no hesitation!

After reading the stellar reviews of New Gen Window Cleaning here on Angie's List, I reached out to Jack to get my home's windows cleaned. At first Jack replied promptly with a few questions to help him build a price for me. However he then become unresponsive requiring me to reach out multiple times after radio silence for several days. He finally provided per-window pricing, and I tried to get the ball rolling on scheduling a date to get the work done. He didn't reply for 6 days, then asked for my phone number which I provided the next day. I never heard from him again.

New Generation came and cleaned my first floor windows. They were very professional, prompt, and made their way through my house quietly as they worked. During their time there, I noticed other windows I needed to have cleaned and asked them if they could do my basement and garage windows. They were very obliging and accommodating and did a wonderful job! The cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them again in the spring and next fall.

Great! They scheduled my service on my first call to the company. 3 guys showed up at the exact date and time scheduled, and went right to work. One side of the house is 3 stories and I also have a crazy window in the hall the is kind of like a skylight, they cleaned them all. The windows were not cleaned on the outside for about 10 years, (found out from the previous owner). They removed all the screens and offered to put them in the basement, I declined them moving the screens down only because I wanted to label them before I put them away for the winter. I will call them again when the outside of the windows get bad because my windows don't tilt in for easy cleaning. Felt really good about using a local family owned and run business.

They were very good and they cleaned up well after themselves after. He was also very professional, responsive, and arrived on time. They came at 8am and were done by 1pm.

Contacted Jack to get an estimate of how much it would cost to wash the windows in our home. I could tell from the professional manner in which Jack conducts himself on the telephone that I would be happy with his services. He and his two assistants arrived at our home on time. They quickly got to work and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a fabulous job. The windows had not been done in over two years and were very dirty. We were thrilled with the outcome. Everything went very well. They responded quickly, came when promised. They did an outstanding job. The windows are so clean, they look like they are not there. Will have them back in the spring.

The 2-person team arrived at the scheduled time and washed all windows, including some ones that were difficult to reach. The owner gave me some tips on how to keep the windows cleaner and in better condition. I also thought the price was fair. My windows never looked so clean! I will be calling them again next year.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jack and his associates. Jack gave me a quote over the phone as my house is very basic. We scheduled an appt. and Jack and 2 others arrived on schedule. The work was completed in 1.5 hrs. and the cost was very reasonable. They did a terrific job. Jack was very personable and professional. Had I known my windows would look so good, I would have done it much sooner. I plan to use New Generation Windows again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

I called New geneartion and left a voicemail explaining that I was interested in getting an estimate for cleaning the windows in my home. It's three days later as I write this and nobody has called me back. I guess they must be too busy with all the other satisfied customers.

Jack returned my call promptly, and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He was flexible and accommodating in scheduling. He arrived with an assistant exactly as scheduled, and did a first class job on all my windows. Was cheerful and professional throughout, and his price came in under the estimate. Will definitely use New Generations again.

We got them from Angie's List. They were great. They were just very fair in their prices. They were very pleasant, and they did a great job for a reasonable price. Our house has very difficult windows, and it was a very fair price. With regard to punctuality, they were great. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

I sent Jack an email through his website and he called me that afternoon, gave me a quote and set up a date and time about a week later to wash the windows . He called me that morning to say that he had finished a job earlier than expected and asked if he could come earlier which was fine with me. Jack and his son Michael arrived shortly thereafter and got to work. My windows have never been this clean even though I wash them often. No more windows for me, I will leave it to the professionals. Jack and Michael were very professional and friendly and did a great job. I will use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Jack arrived right on time. We have a house full of 12 over 12 windows, and 8 over 12 windows, and 6 4x4 skylights. They hadn't been cleaned in more than a year. It was slow difficult work, but was tackled professionally and done well. Good experience.

This is the third time I have used New Generation Window Cleaning and I am never disappointed. A father and son team who is professional, personable, reliable, reasonable, and on time.

We choose to have the windows in our new house cleaned because its one of those things that's so time consuming especially when your first moving in. Jack showed up promptly with a another gentleman, they worked quickly and efficiently. The windows were unbelievabley clean when they finished. I will definitely be hiring them in the future.

Jack and his helper did an awesome job. We only did the first floor since we were having work done on the second floor. They were very friendly, prompt and did a great job. We will have them back to do the second floor once the work has been completed. I am glad we found a small operation like Jack and his helper!
