Description of Work: We called and we got a technician out that day! Dan was very thorough, gave us our options, and we purchased two different protection plans - which are good for 12 months. Every time we have needed service, Freedom has sent someone (usually Dan) within a couple of hours. They provided pest control for chipmunks and for bees/horseflies - we have been very happy with the service.

Description of Work: Guy came out, took a look around and said I did not need his services - the termite damage was old damage and I did not have a current infestation. Didn't want any money, but I gave him 20 bucks for his gas and time. I would use him again.
