I received a quote for trapping & removal of raccoon mother & babies of $295. Chris the main technician was great. He explained everything. All my good ratings relate to him. We spoke about exclusion work once the family was gone. My problem is that the exclusion never occurred. I was under the impression that it was going to be done. Chris was going to give me a name of a contractor to perform a formal repair (that I understood would be additional monies), the wire mesh exclusion would be done as an interim. I did receive a bill for additional $250 but thought it was for the exclusion work, so I wasn’t going to pay until the exclusion was completed. In the meantime squirrels took up space a month later. After several bills & one threatening my credit, I called and spoke to 1 woman ( I believe Penny) who took my calls, but none from Norma the office manager. I was told by Penny the additional money due from the repeated bills was for original trappings. We sorted out everything. I had no issue with paying for the additional trappings (even though I was quoted & signed the contract for a lesser amount). But the real reason for the bad review, is because Penny told me they would come back & eliminate & exclude the squirrels that have taken up residence in the space from the raccoon family for a reduced amount. When I got the new quote, there was absolutely no discount! The price was the same amount for 1 squirrel ( I had told them I saw at least 2) that I paid for the raccoon family & the exclusion was additional. I felt that had the job been completed as originally discussed, I wouldn’t have needed to have squirrels evicted for an additional full charge. I am vey disappointed in the miscommunication by the office staff, despite the great service of the technicians.

Called Freedom for a 2nd opinion after a competitor told me I had termites and treatment would be $3300. Dave inspected and found a small bit of dry rot. Not termites at all. Was either being scammed or dealing with unknowlegable people. Freedom Pest saved me thousands. Couldn't be more impressed.

Didn't get past first phone call where we were told two weeks of prep work was required for them to provide services. With fleas everywhere and 3 kids under age 5, that was not reasonable. Gour with NW pest out of waltham....fantastic

We bought the deal on Angies List and our appointment was schedule within a few weeks. We have deer and woods behind our house so we're always on the lookout for ticks. So far so good.

Professional, courteous and prompt. Returned for follow up 2 weeks later to confirm bait had been eaten and rebait traps and said the mice were gone. If we saw any new signs to call them but no new signs.

We were having a serious problem with wasps in the back of the house. We have a deck in the back and whenever we sat out there we were swarmed by wasps. They had built nests under the gutter guards. When the technician arrived, on time, I told him where I thought the nests were. He got a ladder and thoroughly checked out both the back and the front of the house. Then he told me what he was going to do and suggested I close doors and windows for awhile. When he was done, he told me to give it a week or two to let the application reach all the wasps as they come and go from the nest. The technician was professional and informative. Later on, in October, there were more wasps but this time in the front under the gutter guard. Since we got the yearly service, there is no additional cost if there is another problem. I called again and told them the problem. I was working a lot then but the woman I spoke with was very helpful in finding a way to get the job done even with my busy schedule. We will most definitely use them again.

Offered suggestions to deal with issue. Explained how carpenter ants burrow into window structure. Recommended not using their services until Spring 2015 since carpenter ants now in hibernation and treatment only lasts a few months. Recommended having contractor assess damage and repair.

The office staff was very professional and friendly, and scheduled an appointment promptly. Tom was punctual, professionalism and helpful. I appreciated his honest input, and highly recommend Freedom Pest for your needs.

We got quotes from different companies and they were the best ones. They gave us other suggestions to try, like cutting bushes back. Their price was the best.

I was very impressed with Freedom Pest Control, from my initial conversations with them (they seemed very knowledgeable and had upfront pricing), to the service (heat treatment), to a few follow-up calls (I was concerned a few bugs seemed slow to die). They were always very nice on the phone, quick to return calls, left my apartment in great shape when they left, and generally made me feel like I was in good hands and getting what I paid for. I would definitely recommend them!

They are good. I would refer them. One of the technicians that came out a couple times was very conscientious..
