NADCA Certified is the first thing you need to look for when searching for a pro, and these guys are. They do it right by using a high power vacuum "The General" and it stays outside your home (way better than other cleaners who bring their vacuums inside) they hook it into your ductwork and begin the cleaning process. Once the vacuum is started you can feel a strong suction at any vent in the house. Super friendly and welcoming questions as they proceed to clean the ducts with compressed air and power brushes designed to get into corners and really dislodge the gross stuff (dead mice). My before/after photos are worth every penny.

These guys are stars. They came two days after I filed the request on Service Magic. My apartment was particularly challenging because they had to enter each vent separately and they were here all day, but they took it in stride and kept their commitment to the original price quote. Good communicators, good sports, very attentive to cleanliness and protecting the house. My ducts were full of smelly black asphalt dirt from a roof job, and now the house is crystal clear.

Overall, they were great! Very interested in our project and worked hard to get things done. We had some delays due to weather and other timing issues, but because this is a family owned business they worked with us to complete the project to our satisfaction, including a few small extras, on a timely basis. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't know much about airconditons and how they operate, but i do know they did what they said they would do .Ron & his helper seem were very polite answered all questions that i asked(and i asked plenty). Ithink they did a good job!

They were very clear and precise over the telephone regarding their fees. They were professional. On the day they arrived, my tenant was to let them in and allow them to clean her ducts. On the paper work, I requested to have the rental units ducts cleaned only. Instead of cleaning the ducts in the rental unit, they cleaned my ducts. I called Mighty Duct, they acknowledged the error and cleaned the rental unit duct and did not attempt to charge anything additional. I felt compelled to pay for both units, but they refused because of their error. I would use them again because they operate in integrity and handled the situation professionally.
