They were quite professional. There were 4 service men, they arrived a little early, but that was actually good because of the amount of work. It took about 2+hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Roy did a wonderful job replacing my dryer vent. It was not an easy job as this vents runs up through my second floor, through the attic, and out a side wall. I hadn't used my dryer for awhile because I found out it was no longer up to code and I was nervous about a fire starting after being used for over 10 years. He even had to shoo a bird out of my attic. I also had him attach a birdcage like cover so that no more birds would be getting in my attic. I feel much safer using my dryer. Thank you Roy!

Professional and reliable. Ron not only returned my emails/ phone calls promptly but also he and his associate arrived on time, explained the process and steps that they would use and completed the job (duct cleaning within a third floor condo unit) in a satisfactory manor.

Ron and his crew were great! We had really dirty AC ducts and drier vents in the new house we just moved into. The previous owners had never cleaned them. Ron and his crew also changed all of the filters for the ducts at no charge. They were nice and courteous, and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. A few weeks later when we realized they had not cleaned a vent that was hidden at the time, they came back to clean it without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Mighty Ducts!
