Atlantic Awning

A long wait

It has been 8 weeks since I made a deposit and my awning has yet to be installed. Just keeps getting delayed. Now it's going to be at least another two weeks, Summer is practically over.

Once I put my order in, after deciding on the material, and waiting until my vacation was over, it took only two weeks for the awnings to be installed..

We paid Atlantic Awning $1,500.00 dollars for the repair and installation of our 2nd floor porch awning. They took the money the day that the woman who came here. Telling us she would take care of everything... Its been 18 months and they havent so much as come back to look at what needs to be repaired... Could you send us a picture or tell us who was the manufacturer! Wasnt that their JOB when they came here to find out? They are supposed to be the professionals! Here we are 18 months later and Atlantic Awning still hasnt made good on their contract! I would NEVER hire them again! The woman at the office started crying because things were so busy and she was over whelmed! Who care, I care only to get my paid for awning fix... its going on 2 years... this is really SAD... She shouldnt have purchased fabric unless she know she could do the JOB... Some companies are so money hungry... they forget, you have to be able to make good on what you said you could do! Her company cant handle repair of this kind! They should have said we cant take the job because we have NO idea of how to repair the awning! that would have been at least honest!

I paid in full for an awning material replacement on April 26, 2018. No work has been done as yet. I have made phone calls, sent emails and even reported Atlantic Awning to the BBB. I have repeatedly requested either the work be done or my $1548.06 be returned. I have yet to hear from anyone about this. I am completely disgusted with this company's' customer service, which is no service at all. This is NINE months and counting!

Paid $2600 for the new fabric and labor to cover the awning after receiving a quote from another company of $3500 to clean and repair it.

Thought product was going to be larger didn’t go as far over the space I thought it was to cover but I am happy with what it does cover

A lot of miscommunication with their office originally but all was resolved after I drove to their place of business.

Came out and gave us an estimate. Understood our needs rather than trying to sell us a brand new awning. Did an excellent job repairing at a reasonable price.

I am waiting since April 19 over 6 weeks for them to come here to take the awning down. I gave them half down $355 which they took right away. Now it's June 6th and they emailed me they have scheduling problems and will let me know when they can come. I want to cancel but they won't let me. If I could cancel I would call someone else.

The response was immediate and timely. The quote is the best and the delivery is prompt. We are very pleased with the quality..

every step in the process went well. even after there was a need to change color, AA was able to accomodate the request later into the process without delay to the end product. the installers were over helpful, giving detailed explainations and demostrations of functions and use. good job.
