Run to your phone, you will be very satisfied with this company. Customers always want everything done today. I want everything done right. The wait is worth it. I cannot sew, and certainly can't install the awning myself. I spent hours making calls to vendors who never returned my call. Given delays with COVID-19 product deliveries in all business sectors, I am satisfied with service.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Please don t hire Atlantic Awning!! They will take your money and won t put it towards the production of your awning. I put a deposit down on an awning April 5th 2019 after having the owner, Cheryl Yennaco come to my home and choose the awning to be installed. I asked Cheryl how long it would take from deposit to install and she said 6 weeks. At that point I decided to hire Atlantic awning. Once 6 weeks came and went I called them to find out the status. They said that I they would be installing the following week and would call me the Friday before to schedule. Needless to say this fiasco went on every week for the remainder of the summer. The owner Cheryl lied to me on multiple occasions regarding my awning and it s current status. I finally got sick and tired of the constant run around on the whereabouts of my awning and when it would be installed. I called Atlantic awning and asked for the manufacturers number so I could inquire myself on the status and they said they don t give out that number and hung up on me. I was furious. I looked up the manufactures number myself and called. I had to leave my contact information and they said they would return my call. I wasn t confident that I would ever get a call considering everything I had already gone through. However I did, I received a call back from the president of the manufacturer. The president told me that Atlantic awning is a COD account with them. That they will not produce anything for them unless they receive the money upfront. I said I gave them my money in APRIL! She said that they never paid them to produce the awning otherwise it would be completed in 6 weeks. I was in SHOCK!!! What did Atlantic awning and the owner Cheryl Yennaco do with my deposit of $2370.50 in April??? I called Atlantic awning and told them what I had been told and they said they would pay the manufacturer right away and have them produce the awning. At that point I was done. How dare they lie to me all summer when they new very well that they would never get my awning without paying the manufacturer first. I asked to be refunded because the summer was over and quite frankly I didn t want to do business they a company that lacked integrity and ethics. At this point Cheryl Yennaco wouldn t agree to my refund until I said I was going to file a police report. At that point Cheryl Yennaco Agreed to refund me by check only (not the credit card I originally used for the deposit). At that point I said I wanted a certified check that day for my deposit. Cheryl Yennaco (a business owner) said she didn t know what a certified check was. I said go to the bank. To make a long story short I did get my money back, but if I didn t call the manufacturer or be recommended to file a police report I probably would still be going through this. I wouldn t have an awning and still be getting a run around from this company. I m not sure why they re allowed to continue being in business while deliberately taking money from customers and lying to them for months. Please take my advice from this review if you are currently in the same situation I was in and get your money back!!

Do not ever, ever consider this company. Placed my awning order on June 11th and was told 6 to 8 weeks. Nobody ever contacted us to tell us it was going to be later than this. We called them, and they said there was a delay, still no date in sight. After 12 weeks we started calling and email and no responses. Still, have yet to hear from Cheryl, who is the owner. Sent multiple emails and called several times. I even sent an email that said unhappy customer in the reference line and no response. After no response I called my credit card company and disputed the charges that were put on my credit card for half of my awning. Guess what, still no response from the owners. Terrible!

We paid Atlantic Awning $1,500.00 dollars for the repair and installation of our 2nd floor porch awning. They took the money the day that the woman who came here. Telling us she would take care of everything... Its been 18 months and they havent so much as come back to look at what needs to be repaired... Could you send us a picture or tell us who was the manufacturer! Wasnt that their JOB when they came here to find out? They are supposed to be the professionals! Here we are 18 months later and Atlantic Awning still hasnt made good on their contract! I would NEVER hire them again! The woman at the office started crying because things were so busy and she was over whelmed! Who care, I care only to get my paid for awning fix... its going on 2 years... this is really SAD... She shouldnt have purchased fabric unless she know she could do the JOB... Some companies are so money hungry... they forget, you have to be able to make good on what you said you could do! Her company cant handle repair of this kind! They should have said we cant take the job because we have NO idea of how to repair the awning! that would have been at least honest!

I paid in full for an awning material replacement on April 26, 2018. No work has been done as yet. I have made phone calls, sent emails and even reported Atlantic Awning to the BBB. I have repeatedly requested either the work be done or my $1548.06 be returned. I have yet to hear from anyone about this. I am completely disgusted with this company's' customer service, which is no service at all. This is NINE months and counting!
