Excellent responsiveness and quality of work. I left a message which was returned the same day. Next day he provided a quote and we scheduled the repair within the week. The gutters haven't leaked and he stands behind his work.

Replaced section of downspout that was clogged and attached using rivets instead of screws to avoid leaves and debris catching on screws.

Stephen Frederick was extremely prompt at 1) returning my initial call 2) showing up to give me a quote 3) returning to do the actual work. All of that seems so rare that I wish I could give him a grade that was higher than an A. But on top of that, he did a great job overall -- he cleaned out all the gutters and fixed a part (which a previous contractor had said "couldn't be fixed"), and he didn't leave a mess. He also dealt (with humor) with my very crotchety neighbor. I would absolutely hire him again.

The gentleman was on time and very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

work performed just fine it seems. price was about in line with everyone else. but he visited the house (the other firms aren't really interested in seeing the house) and this let us talk about the birds issue in the sofit and the other minor stuff that he fixed up. would be happy to work with him again.

All explained, understood and work carried out as discussed. No surprises. No issues. Excellent crew. Stephen did most of the work, but he was aided by two others.

Work looks great, there was compost like leaf waste clogging our gutters before, and now our gutters drain efficiently. We will definitely hire Stephen again in the future.

I made an appointment for an estimate. Steve showed up to give the estimate on time on the date specified. He gave a very fair price and he returned and completed the job on a later date. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and hire again.

I wasn't home when the work was completed. He called me at work, told me when he would arrive, and the work was completed by the time I got home. He was very easy to work with.

I called Steve on vinyl sididng repair first. It was going to rain and It was critical water did not get inside. He came by immeditelly and fixed it. That is what I call service At a later date he installed a new gutter and work was great. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work

Stephen showed up right on time 7am 6-10-15 for estimate wrote it right up on the spot I agreed and he said he would be there in a week or so to take care of job and I didn't need to be home as all work being done outside. Well he showed up on 6-12-15 started and completed the job as he had finished up early at another job in my area. I'm very happy with the work and would use again

This project went very well. I have used Mr. Frederick in the past to replace gutters and downspouts on another side of my home and I am very pleased with his work. I also use Mr. Frederick to clean my gutters twice a year.

I said I wanted to confirm the plan with my spouse (house now, but wait on the garage). He said to call his office to schedule. I left multiple voicemails over several weeks and then gave up. If he was too busy to take the job, just tell us.

My son wrote the following after I found Stephen for him: I have some massive ice dams on my roof and I called Stephen to see if he could help me out. Every other place I called (at 6:30 on a Sunday evening) had an answering service, but with Stephen I believe my call went straight to his house. His wife picked up, and when I started asking questions, she handed the phone over to him. Stephen proceeded to talk with me for fifteen or twenty minutes about how I could do the job myself, what I did and did not need to worry about, and how he deals with issues on his own house. Ultimately he talked me out of worrying (and needing his service). What a guy! Having the phone go straight to his home, picking up, and talking for free for quite a while on a Sunday before talking me out of using him? That's someone I trust. If I ever need work, he's the guy I'll use.

They are awesome. The work has been very good. They also clean up after themselves when they are finished.

I've been using him now for probably, two years. It was competitive. He is a good guy or I wouldn't have kept using him. He calls you right back.

What an amazing man, smart, ethical, honest, and humble! And his crew were just as good. His main helper arrived a half hour early and sat outside the house, offered to help me as I struggled the trash to the curb. It went uphill from there as they found and repaired all kinds of rot under old gutters and at the end of the second day when they had the truck all packed up and I asked for a referral to a roofer to deal with a water problem between porch roof and house Mr. Frederick had his main helper unpack the truck to get a certain ladder, went up on the roof himself, found and fixed the trouble spot. The extra work and materials added less than 30% more to the cost of the job, and the job was very well done. This was a colonial on a very steep slope, nothing about the job was easy and they took it all in stride. I recommend them without reservation. They also do gutter clean outs.

Contacted the provider in July to arrange for an estimate. Waited almost 4 weeks for appointment due to his scheduled vacation; we weren't thrilled but decided to wait based on his previous good reviews on Angie's List. He arrived on time for the estimate appointment, then basically walked around house for about 15-20 minutes, complaining to my husband about the Democrats and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), saying he can't remove our wooden gutters because he can't dispose of them because they are painted. Said he can come back and give us a price if we remove the wooden gutters. Made no recommendation or suggestions for how to deal with issue. Totally disinterested, unprofessional and rude. If you don't want the work, don't make the appointment. We waited 4 weeks for this? If we have someone else remove the gutters, we will give them our business. And if I was asked when we made the appointment if we had wooden gutters, I could have said yes and we could have moved on a lot sooner.

We like him and we have used him several times on two properties and will continue to use him.
