Cleaning was very quick and thorough. After contacting Stephen for cleaning the gutters I noticed a problem with one of the downpipes. Mentioned it to him when he came and he repaired the problem on the spot for a very reasonable price. Have used Stephen for a few years now and could not be happier with his work.

We contacted Stephen Frederick because our old cleaner's crew kept missing the 3rd floor gutters, which eventually caused some rot on the fascia and wear on the gutters. Stephen showed up as expected, was only slightly higher in cost than the old one, but got the steep 3rd floor gutters done as requested. Thanks!

He is phenomenal. In the past he has done gutter repair and cleaning. He does what he says, shows up when he is supposed to and never does anything more than needs to be done; he's a great guy.

The work was quite professional. I appreciated the explanation of why the gutters had previously been vulnerable and how he would hang them more appropriately. There have been no problems since.

Called Stephen to come out and give estimate for new gutters. He came out quickly, within a day or two. He really knows what he's talking about when it comes to gutters, roofs, downspouts, pitch,etc.I had others come out for estimates, but Stephen's price was lower and he seemed more knowledgeable.Within a week he came out with a helper and they had the old wooden gutters gone and replaced with heavy duty aluminum ones in a matter of hours. He left the place clean and took away the debris. Excellent work and I would hire again.

Stephen was excellent to work with. I called him and said I thought I needed my gutter replaced, and after inspecting it he told me that he could replace it if I wanted, but he could repair it for much cheaper. He repaired it, and the problem has been solved for months now.

His service price was reasonable. He was prompt, and he was extremely reasonable.

I wish I'd known to call him 10 years earlier. I'd definitely recommend him. I'm sorry I can't remember how much the job cost - it was several months ago, but I do recall that it was very reasonable.

Re-routing of the gutters was very nicely done - including one around-the-corner re-routing. Several gutter needed to have their pitch increased.. that portion of the job was done, but perhaps too much pitch used one one gutter (the gutter looks a bit odd against the roofline). Very professional; he took great care to not damage the (brand new) decks he was working on.

Steve arrived when scheduled to examine my requirements and give me an estimate, and showed up ahead of schedule to handle the work. He made useful suggestions and did not try to sell me work that I did not need. And he started the job a few days earlier than expected.

Stephen Frederick was prompt in coming over to assess the repairs needed to be done. He is very knowledge about gutters and downspouts, and provided good feedback and cost-effective solutions to problems that we found. He was professional and easy to work with. He was on target with his estimate. I would use his company again for gutter and downspout work.

Stephen is my gutter guru! I think he really likes gutters. We had a very troublesome downspout above a flight of steps and a craggy/steep side yard. it was completely blocked by debris, and the downspout was too narrow for the volume of water it gets. Trouble is, there is no good place to put a ladder to clean out or fix the gutter. Stephen was fearless though and somehow managed to get up there with one person spotting him. He cleaned out the gutter and downspout, and came back a week later to replace the downspout with one that is an inch wider, which is a much better fit. In the past several weeks water is flowing much better and we aren't experience snow and ice build up at the base of the steps any longer. I would use Stephen again.

Stephen provided me with some gutter repair work, fixing some broken downspouts and installing flashing. He was prompt and very informative in the initial consultation and provided an immediate, written estimate. Called back and secured work within 2 weeks. He and another associate arrived and worked all day fixing the gutters and installing the flashing. Overall Stephen did great work and fixed the problem we were having with water getting between the roof and the gutters. Stephen went beyond what we asked for especially with our broken downspouts. He did leave some wood debris in our yard after leaving, which we had to clean, but that wouldn't prevent me from recommending or using his services again.

Stephen showed up at my home on time and gave me an estimate. I agreed to having the job performed and the rate for this size of home was reasonable. He showed up next business day and cleaned my gutters. Work was provided as requested and I was happy with the service. I will be using this company next fall/winter.

Based on the reviews on Angie's list we contacted Stephen to clean our gutters. He came out promptly for an estimate and my husband liked him and thought he would do a good job. He said he would come back within two weeks to do the work. After three weeks we called and his wife said we were on the list and he would call us. We have never heard from him and it is now almost two months. Needless to say we will find someone else to do the gutter cleaning.
