Description of Work: Stephen returned my calls the same day, scheduled the estimate and the job itself quickly, and did quality work replacing several gutters.

Description of Work: Stephen Frederick repaired two sets of gutters, one on our house and another on our detached garage. He showed up on time for the estimate, and then came back later that week to do the work. We did not need to be there for the repair. He was friendly, professional, and we would use him again.

Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters with brushes; we have a large house and they clean up after themselves. In the past we have paid $50 for the same service but they did a much better job and they cleaned up after themselves which is a huge plus.

Description of Work: Stephen resealed several gutters for us and repaired a rear porch roof and gutter that had been leaking. His price was fair, he was very professional, and seems to have done a very good job. He was right on time when giving estimates and doing the job.

Description of Work: Gutter sealing and repositioning of leaky gutters. After years of water dripping on our front steps, it was dry the day after the rain! He knows his business!

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and downspouts which he had previously installed. Cleaned traps in downspouts. Came promptly and did excellent work.

Description of Work: Took a few days for them to return my call, then they left a message at 8 p.m. on a Friday night. I returned that call Saturday, and still haven't heard from them (now Wed.). Got someone else to clean the gutters, and will deal with repairs at a later date.

Description of Work: I used this service once in the past and was very pleased with Mr. Frederick's work. In the fall of 2009 I asked him to come and clean my gutters and look into replacing 2 gutters, chewed by squirrels. It took another call a couple of weeks later, and he came and cleaned the gutters and said he would fix the gutter problem. When he didn't call or come back I assumed it got too cold to do the work. In the early spring of 2010 I called again and his wife said I was "first on the list." When I hadn't heard from him again 4-6 weeks later I called and cancelled.

Description of Work: Steve came promptly, put up a ladder and gave estimate. When most of the leaves were down, he came once and cleaned gutters, sealed area behind gutters with silicone, and removed gutter guards (were doing more harm than good) on one side of the house. He came back again two weeks later because there was a willow tree which dropped many leaves in the interim on the other side of the house. Again he cleaned gutters, sealed area behind gutters and removed more gutter guards. It was his idea to come a second time when he saw that the willow tree was slow to drop its leaves. This good experience was in contrast to last year when a company sent sent their workers to clean the gutters in the night!

Description of Work: Stephen cleaned and repaired the gutters all around our house. He covered/replaced one section that had extra heavy flow. He was very professional, personable, and obviously knew what he was doing. Nice, smart guy.
