We perform hard-to-find services like oil and gas furnace/boiler conversions, tank removal or replacement, retrofitting older buildings with central air conditioning, and working with owners to design new energy efficient heating and A/C systems for residential and commercial applications, small or large. The problem was solved.
Description of Work: They were covering a warranty issue on our new condo. It took them three visits until they acknowledged the problem and all of 3 minutes to fix it.

Installed HVAC System on 7/6/09, this was contracted through a contractor. 12/4/09 No Heat Call Found wire in wrong place, Wiring was done by contractors electrition, we repaired it NO CHARGE, 6/10/10 A/C Service added small amount of freon NO CHARGE, 7/6/10 A/C Service Pluged Drain Line Clean And Repipe, Service Charge $116.25. That was the total amount of time and charges for this customer.
