They were outstanding! Neilson called the same day I purchased the deal to verify an appointment. When they came out, they were very thorough -- like very thorough. They cleaned from top to bottom. They were very professional. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

It took a little while to schedule an appointment, but the wait was definitely worthwhile. They worked hard, were thorough, and put in the time necessary to do a magnificent job. It is a pleasure to work with M&N. Now I have a clean house and a new cleaning team. I couldn't be happier!

Did 4 hours of cleaning. They were very professional and courteous, and did a great job. We could definitely use them again.

He was supposed to come Thursday the 29th at 11:00 am. We waited over an hour and he e-mailed me at 12:30 to call him and he said he was stuck in traffic. He said he would get back to me that night with another available day. Then he e-mailed me and said the next available date in February. I let him know that was not acceptable and that I would prefer something within the next two weeks. I haven't heard anything back from.

They came precisely at 8am, as promised, and I was very happy with the work, though I had to point out a few little dustballs they'd missed. On the other hand, Neilson thoroughly cleaned things I probably never would have cleaned myself, which was really great. On the whole, I was really struck by Neilson's great pride in his work. I feel sure that even if you find what you believe to be an imperfection, he will always be happy to do something about it (and will probably kick himself over it). I'm so relieved that the dusting and vacuuming were done for me that I would love to make this service a regular part of my life, if I can afford it. Plus, Neilson was such a nice guy, it made for a pleasant service all around.

They were very late – by over an hour. When I scheduled the appointment, I stressed that I was on a time crunch. The day of the appointment, I would call every 20 minutes after the appointment time to see where they were at. 2 ladies showed up, expecting to work for 3 hours apiece, but I'd already left.

Neilson was very friendly and professional. He consulted with me on the products he used. He and his assistant did a thorough job. I was pleased with the results.

They did what they were supposed to do, but I felt like they were a bit rushed.

We would recommend and use their service in the future. Neilson and his co-worker were responsive, trustworthy and diligent in their cleaning service.

They scrubbed and cleaned appliances and cabinet fronts, mopped and vacuumed the floors, dusted and cleaned stairs and second floor hallway. They vacuumed one bedroom and told them not to worry about the other bedrooms. They were scheduled for four hours but stayed at least a half hour extra and didn't charge another dime, so I tried to give them a decent tip. I thought the two people did a really good job and were very nice. I would hire them again.

All went well. I wish there was more time for the cleaners to go through the whole house but with 3 bathrooms, the time went quickly.

The service was performed satisfactorily with just a few omissions (baseboard in kitchen, mirror in bathroom). All in all, the apartment looked clean and ready for habitation.

I had been in contact with Neilson since the fall but didn't use the coupon until now (due to my scheduling issues, not M&N's fault). I found Neilson very easy to communicate with and he asked only that I give him a few weeks' advance notice as his schedule is quite booked. Communication with M&N has been consistently excellent. On the appointed day, Neilson and a helper, Marguerite, came to our house. It was nice to meet Neilson after texting, calling, and emails had been exchanged. He is such a lovely person, engaging, thoughtful, and a good listener. We did a quick walk-through and I explained my cleaning preferences. They brought 2 big buckets of supplies, vacuum cleaner, step stool, and extender tools to reach high areas. I don't use harsh cleaners in my house and I liked that they didn't use them either. They set to work immediately to clean 2-1/2 baths, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, and stairs/halls. All trim was cleaned, doors wiped, furniture was moved to clean under and behind, walls and ceilings dusted where necessary, interior windows wiped, all wood and tile floors were vacuumed and washed, and carpeted stairs were vacuumed and then wiped by hand (to coax stuck dog hairs out) - that's the kind of extra care Neilson takes to do his work. Wood furniture was dusted and polished based on my preferences. All bathroom surfaces cleaned, including cabinet doors, mirrors; tub was scrubbed (there were mineral stains that other cleaners couldn't remove and Neilson made some progress with valiant effort). In kitchen, cabinet doors were wiped; sink, faucet crevices cleaned; tile backsplashes cleaned; stainless steel appliances shining. Understanding that they normally do not clean the inside of ovens, I asked if he could help me clean a medium light layer of grease baked on the inside glass of double oven doors that had been driving me crazy (food looked browned when they weren't). Neilson agreed, used oven cleaner on the glass, and it came out perfect, making me very happy! This was above and beyond expectations and I appreciated it. Neilson and Marguerite stayed longer than the coupon agreement to do a fabulous job in all the rooms they cleaned. I had them skip 2 rooms (a bedroom and a study) in the house so they could focus on the rooms that needed more work. Neilson did an amazing job and I plan to hire him for regular cleanings. He is an absolute gem of a person, and was such a pleasure to talk to and work with. Neilson promises that subsequent cleanings are given the same amount of attention and detail. I feel he would be easy to work with if there was an area of extra attention I wanted him to take care of. After this experience, I would highly recommend M&N. I will post an update after we've used M&N for regular cleanings. (I also hired M&N to clean an empty rental apartment between tenants last week for $130 - this cost might be a little high sight unseen but new tenant reports satisfaction with the cleaning.)

They were very respectful, friendly and paid attention to detail. They did a thorough job and were complete professionals. I appreciated their concern for doing the job to my satisfaction. They were also excellent with our pets. I was totally happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning, including dusting a wall-length bookcase that hadn't been dusted in years. Neilson brought an assistant who was very focused on her work and didn't waste any time. Neilson was easy and, actually, pleasant to deal with. He was flexible about scheduling and asked about what was important to me for them to do. Their arrival was delayed by about 20 minutes because of an earlier job and traffic. But Neilson called at the originally scheduled time to say they were on their way. He strikes me as a very responsible, client-oriented person. I have hired them to clean my house on a regular basis, based on the good job they did through the Angies List deal.

They provide excellent service. We received a high quality house cleaning tailored to the needs of our family and our house. These guys will really clean your house rather than putting on a show and only doing a superficial cleaning. We have used them many times and have been satisfied every single time. You definitely are getting your money's worth when working with them. Highly recommend.
