I couldn’t have been more impressed with M&N! Neilson was incredibly responsive and a joy to work with. Our job was complicated and he didn’t mind at all - the attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional. Definitely hiring for ongoing services!!

Nielson and team came on a Saturday and did a very energetic job of cleaning my very big house, patiently working around the tenants' remaining clutter (they are still packing). He offered good advice on things that I need to do, and the house looked great for the photos.

I use M&N to clean my 1700 sqft. apartment every other week. Neilson and team are so friendly, professional, and through! It's so great to come home to everything not only cleaned perfectly but neatly organized as well. It feels like I'm living in a hotel and it's a tremendous stress relief not to have to worry about staying on top of the deeper elements of home cleaning. I'm genuinely excited to come home on the days I know they've been there because I know it will be great.

We hired Neilson and his team to do a deep clean of our 3 bedroom, approximately 1500 sq foot house. We paid a little bit extra to have them clean the windows and refrigerator. Do yourselves a favor and hire them to come clean your house. They had a 3 person team working on the house for about 6 hours and, as you can imagine, absolutely transformed the house. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be hiring his team to come back for routine cleanings, which they indicated will be less than half the price of the deep cleaning.

Maria, Neilson, and team have done a terrific job with our house. We bought our house in August 2017, found them on Angie's list shortly thereafter, and have been using them weekly since then. They are nice and easy-going while still being very professional and most importantly they do an excellent job cleaning our house. They did not have availability to come on our preferred day, but worked with us to come up with a solution that worked for us. We recently just adopted a new dog, who had to stay home for the first couple of weeks that we had her, and the team took this in stride, treating our dog(s) with kindness, but not letting the dogs interfere with their work. While the time they show up may change week to week, we have them come during the day when we are at work, so the time changing is not an inconvenience to us. Maria and Neilson have also reached out on multiple occassion to request feedback to ensure that we are happy with the service that we are getting, which makes me feel comfortable that should I see an area that may have been missed I could easily bring this up to them and have it remedied. We have been very pleased with the level of service that Maria and Neilson, and their team, provide and would recommend them to others that we know.

I reached out to M&N and spoke with Neilson. I got a general sense of pricing and wanted to work with Neilson to get an in-home esimtate, but Nielson took too long to return calls. When he did, he couldn't provide times to meet. Too complicated to make an appointment with - I ended up finding another cleaning service provider.

Neilson and Maria were awesome to deal with, and did an excellent job for a good price. I had new tenants moving in the day after the existing ones were moving out, and Neilson moved his schedule around to meet my timing needs, performing the work on a Sunday morning. His communication was excellent - answered my voicemail right away, and always responded quickly while we worked to arrange the schedule. They showed up promptly, at the exact time we agreed to, which was important since I was coming from 30 miles away. They did an excellent job cleaning the place so it was ready for the new tenants later that day, and sent me a text when done to fill me in on some things they found while cleaning. I'll definitely use them again in the future, and recommend him to others looking for a cleaning service.

I've been using this company for three years. They do a wonderful job cleaning and help me keep up with my organization. They're always using environmentally friendly products and do a great job cleaning, including baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans above the door. They clean underneath the cushions of the sofa, move furniture around to get everything nice and clean. They are also available for special projects if you like. I highly recommend them for your home!
