Neilson and Maria are truly amazing. We have been so happy with their work over the past year and continue to work with them in our new home. They are trustworthy, efficient and tremendously professional. We love coming home after they have cleaned. They are also very honest and we trust them to be in our home alone. They are very flexible with timing. Additionally, they love our pug puppy. We highly recommend M&N for housecleaning services.

Neilson, Maria and their crew are awesome! I was just looking for basic cleaning but they go above and beyond. They move all the furniture, organize my stuff, make my beds and fold clothes and blankets, remove radiator covers and clean whatever the heck is in there...just incredible. They are also incredibly friendly and personable. My 3 year old looks forward to Neilson coming because he finds all the toys he's lost! Last visit my son actually ran over and hugged and kissed Neilson goodbye. And for this service their prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them!

The cleaners are generally here when they say they will be and spend as much time as is needed to do a good thorough cleaning job. Neilson is very responsive to questions and comments. I have the utmost confidence in their honesty and feel very comfortable giving them the key to my house and being away while the work is being done. Any problems are addressed right away. I recommend them very highly.

They are always on time and do an excellent job. They are very responsive to suggestions and are flexible with days if we need a raincheck. I was very impressed when they came the very first time. They squeezed us in on a pretty busy weekend. We had work done in our house and their was construction dust everywhere. We were expecting guests the next day and I was 9 months pregnant. The two of them showed up and got to work and cleaned the whole house with great care and attention to detail. Truly a job well done!

We HIGHLY recommend M&N for both regular housecleaning and an annual deep clean. Neilson and Maria and their team have been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for nearly 2 years and we could not be happier. We have had cleaners in the past but never as outstanding as M&N. We started out with a spring deep cleaning which was unbelievable. Our home has never had as thorough a cleaning. Neilson and I reviewed the list of what I wanted to have done (including stove, refrigerator and drapes) and they did a fantastic job on everything. Our regular cleaning is done every 2 weeks and it is always very thorough - I have never had any complaints or seen anything that was left undone. (unlike other cleaners I have used in the past which have been less than consistent). The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle and hardwood floors and carpets look great - even with 2 cats and a golden retriever. An added benefit is that the team is extremely pleasant and friendly - usually 2 or 3 people come together and work on different parts of the house at the same time. Neilson also always contacts us around a holiday to see if we need to change our day to make sure that we don't miss our regular cleaning. I am so grateful that I have them so I know I will be able to come home to a beautifully cleaned home after a long day at work.

Neilson and his crew are absolutely fantastic. We've used their services for two years now. We typically schedule them to come while we're at work, and we come home to a spotless house. I have recommended him to a friend (who paid about half of what he was being quoted by someone else) and would recommend him to anyone.

The crew does all that is asked of them and they do it well. They are willing to re-schedule if necessary. I am very pleased with their work and demeanor.

Neilson and his crew of 2 did a terrific job. I will definitely continue to use his service. When he walked through the apartment (empty at the time) he pointed out areas to clean that I hadn't even thought of; above the crown moldings in the kitchen, window sills. He replaced light bulbs and pointed out small repairs that I had overlooked. He was very professional and pleasant. He was recommended to me by a friend and I'm happy to recommend him to others.

He always responded to my requests immediately, kept me updated on schedules and the time of arrival. He did excellent job every time, and I am very happy about it. I will sure use his service again in the future.

Neilson and crew have been cleaning for us for about 6 months and they're the best cleaners we've ever had. Plus, they're warm, caring, and so considerate. Couldn't be happier!

Started with 4 people for 1 hour. Cost, $120. Soon decreased the "team" to 3 people for 1 hour, but cost remained at $120. Since I had not increased my requirements for work performed, charging $40/hr/person was out of line, but I thought the decrease in personnel would be temporary. It wasn't. On 7/29/16 M&N sent just TWO people, but charged $120. And Neilson must have cashed my check within a half-hour of my having written it, because it posted to my bank account very quickly. Of course it did! He must know from extensive past experience that stopping payment on a check that's already been cashed is difficult, almost impossible. And of course he never said anything about making good.

Neilson did the job without a blink. He even cleaned the sticky paint spill on the basement cement floor. Upstairs, his workers cleaned the hardwood and linoleum floors, the oven and refrigerator (didn't ask to), walls and woodwork, and bathrooms. They cleaned the carpet in the living room. He is very hardworking and we had to wait for his services. He was honest about this. Despite how busy he is, he was able to fit the job in. I would definitely hire him and his team again.

tried to schedule a time and it didn't work out. The last contact I had was that he/she would get back to me when he/she got back from vacation. I never heard back (despite me emailing after he/she would have already returned).

Neilson is such a pleasant provider. He's always very responsive and flexible with your schedule and needs. He and his team do a nice job overall for the cost. Time spent on job can vary, and, sure, there are rare occasions when little things get missed, but overall we're satisfied because they do a very good job and are friendly and professional. Strongly recommended!

I contacted a few providers with good reviews on Angies List for a quote, and I find Neilson's service very competitive. It is very convenient to communicate with Neilson and schedule cleanings by text (although his response was a little slower this January compared to last year). I have worked with Neilson twice so far, and I will continue working with his team for regular cleaning. The first time I had my house deep cleaned. Neilson's team did a great job and they were very detail-oriented. There were one or two small, sort of hidden spots they missed (e.g. built-in wall closets next to front door). When I told Neilson about this, he was very responsive and responsible, and he asked to come back to clean the missed spots. It wasn't a big deal, so I said this could wait until the next cleaning. I had the second regular cleaning last week, and it went very well!

I normally don't write reviews but my experience with M&N was so positive that I feel compelled to give public kudos. Firstly I had been putting this off for over a year since I purchased the "Deal" through Angie's List. The owner never gave me any issues about time between when I used it and when they came. He easily could have said "sorry" see details it says withing 3 months - you're out of luck. Never was an issue. I scheduled and we agreed 8 am - he was there with 2 cleaning ladies - promptly at 8 am. I had bought 6 hours and they didn't leave until 10:40 +/-. They were apologetic that the job wasn't finished in the allotted time, but to be honest the home was a very large antique Victorian that had undergone a lot of renovation and it was 3 floors and about 4500 sq ft. - and still in the final stages of renovation. They were very professional and very nice people. I would highly recommend. I'll be asking them back once or twice in the next few weeks to give the place a final cleaning after all work has been completed.

Cleaned our house every other week for the last 6 months. They were late more often than not and even no showed a couple of times. The last straw was Christmas week. When they were to come on Christmas Eve day and was a no show. I than found out the owner was away on vacation
