Description of Work: Whole house cleaning, top to bottom. Gave a reasonable quote with squeaky clean results. Minor problem rescheduling to complete a listed task that was missed but overall they did a great job.

Description of Work: They cleaned my entire first floor focusing on the kitchen and bathroom. Nelson was very friendly and gave me a complete update on what they did, and moved all my heavy furniture to clean behind them. He did accidentally break one of my lightbulb but promised he would replace it for me. They are very friendly and did a complete job. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house--I had a deal for 4 hours for $59. We agreed that 4 hours were not enough to do absolutely everything, but they came very close, and certainly did more than we had discussed. I was impressed by things that were moved/cleaned behind, etc. Absolutely on time. Very pleasant. I recommend.

Description of Work: Neilson and his assistant arrived the day after my purchase. As it turned out, he had a cancellation and was going to be in the area anyway so it made great sense also because I would have had to wait for weeks! | |They arrived around the scheduled time with |their own products. I offered paper towels because I wanted them to use them freely and not skimp on using them. I always do that. | |They did not wear any shoe coverings. But did a great job throughout the house. Between the 2 of them, they got it all done in 2 hours. I didn't think they could do it that fast! But there was no organizing anything. Just strictly cleaning. I'm going to use that hour another time. | |A couple of negatives: the bedroom carpet had a stain... But not a permanent stain... That should have been cleaned. I got it up after they left. | |And, a section of the living room floor was not swept or washed. | |Also, some of the chairs were left pushed aside. | |I can live with that. Every time I've ever had someone clean my house, there was always something I noticed. | |I felt so bad because it was getting late and I know they were exhausted. I kept giving them bottled water. (You should always offer water) They worked very hard for me and did a great job. I will definitely use them again!
