M&N Cleaning

I contracted for an Angie's List Big Deal--$89 for four man hours of cleaning--and received more than that. M&N responded quickly to the original communication and gave me my first choice of dates. A month later, they not only showed up on the specified date but also called ahead, first to notify me of a small delay and then to announce they were on their way. With no direction from me (a wave of a hand and "just clean it"), Maria, Nielsen and one other spent two very busy hours, one on the kitchen and the others on the bathroom, bedrooms, and public rooms. When they were done, everything sparkled and smelled great. The dust and pet hair were gone, the glass door in the shower had never been cleaner, and they had cleaned things I seldom remember: lampshades, wall hangings, and the coffee maker. This was yesterday, and today I am still noticing new things. Maria said that if they'd had more time, they could do and even better job, but I can't imagine how! I will definitely call M&N again. If they continue being as responsive and reliable as they have shown themselves to be, this new customer will be a long-time customer.

The team did a fabulous job, on their hands and knees scrubbing bathrooms, tubs sinks, cleaned all the rugs dusting, non stop.

They were friendly, professional and good communicators. They did everything we wanted and more. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend M&N Cleaning.

Nelson squeezed us in for a last minute appointment at the end of a long day. They arrived energized and ready to go. Nelson and I walked the house and confirmed what areas I was most concerned with. He listened and told me what I could expect. Nelson and Maria and their co-worker were amazing. They divided and conquered each area of our home as soon as they arrived and made it shine. They removed years of dust, dirt and grime from all surfaces. The kitchen shined, the bathrooms sparkled and every area they touched looked so much better. Nelson got up on a ladder and vacuumed out the ceiling beams, while Maria scrubbed and scrubbed the kitchen. Their coworker did both bathrooms and the bedrooms. This was a deep clean of a small house and it made a huge difference. Nelson was in constant contact on the day of appointment letting me know when to expect them. They worked as a team, were very friendly and conversational and seemed to enjoy their work. They took pride in completing each area. They met all of expectations and more. I will definitely call them for future cleaning.

Maria arrived early but that was fine. She came in and evaluated the job and then she and her partner got to work. After three hours of continuous hard work Maria reminded me that my time was up. She offered to finish the job if I wanted to add an additional $25, which I found was appropriate. I would definitely use their services again. Great job!

They were great! I loved them and I am very happy with their services. I am considering keeping them as a permanent house cleaner.

The team arrived a little later than they said but they communicated with me about the delay so it was no problem. Nielson was very personable and Maria and their third team member were also friendly. After some preliminary requests and questions, the set to work upstairs while I stayed downstairs doing paperwork. They were very thorough, went about their tasks in a serious and skilled manner. Since i have never had a house cleaning before, I was leaving up to them what to really do. Little touches I noticed included cleaning the slats on our closet doors and making up the beds without being asked. I am very pleased with the results. I sense that they go about their work with dedication & sincerity. They strive for excellence & are proud of the work that they do.

They were professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the level of detail they paid in the bathrooms and kitchen. I would definitely utilize them again for maintenance cleaning.

Maria & Nielson are great! I purchased a deal through Angie's List for 6 hours of cleaning (which, although I have a small-ish apartment, seemed necessary, given how long it had been since the place had had a thorough cleaning). We communicated through Angie's List mail to schedule the appointment, and they were able to accommodate my windows without any trouble. On the day of the appointment, they got held up at another house (there was crazy weather that day and those people's power went out) so they were a little late, but they called and kept me informed (and hey, things happen!). Once they arrived, they went over with me what I was looking for, specific areas which I thought needed to be addressed or that I wanted them to avoid, etc. They seemed very accommodating and respectful of my wishes. I left and came back a few times because I had a few local errands to run. At one point when I walked in, Maria was picking crumbs out of the crevices in my toaster oven with a knife (!) - I thought that was an impressive level of attention to detail. They were done at just about the 3-hour mark (2 people x 3 hrs = 6 hrs) and the place was spotless. They did an exceptional job. I definitely plan to use them again.

Wonderful people, trustworthy & diligent. Friendly but perhaps a bit too chatty. I am looking for people who will do the work & get the job done, not become my friends. They dont usually do ovens but squeezed mine in, as it wasnt bad. My concerns are that they didn't follow instructions well. No sooner had I said, Don't dump that on the floor, please vacuum it, then they went & dumped it on the floor. (kitty litter mat) I set out my priorities for wat I really wanted done, as they made it clear they were unlikely to be able to clean the whole condo in 3 hours (2 people), but they did not follow them, so things I didnt need cleaned (guest bedroom & bath; oven) were cleaned while things I really wanted done (vacuum basement stairs) were not. They also seemed to think I had a very dirty house. I don't think it's that bad, but even it was, I don't really want to know they think so! All in all, trustworthy people & for the most part they stayed off the cell phones, but I'd have liked better pacing & prioritizing.

Nielson & Maria did a fantastic job and are very thorough in their work. Not only did they over-deliver in terms of getting our home super clean, but they are also the most friendly and kind housecleaners I have ever met. I will definitely contact them to do it again and refer them to everyone I know in the area. On a scale from 1 to 10, M&N Cleaning gets an 11 in my book! Thank you!

Nielson and Maria did an excellent job cleaning my home. We have a cat who loves to spread his orange and white fur all over our house. Once Nielson and Maria were done, there wasn't a piece of fur to be found. They also did a fantastic job cleaning the baseboards, frames, floors, and nick nacks that we never clean ourselves. Our kitchen is spotless and both bathrooms are clean and shiny. They brought in all their own supplies and everything smelled nice and fresh. Coming home with our new baby to a clean house was a great experience. I plan on using MN Cleaning again - and hopefully in the near future.

After some scheduling difficulties (likely due to the volume of requests received from the deal), we were able to schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. They arrived 30 minutes late, but kept in contact during this time to assure us they were coming. Once MN Cleaning arrived, they performed an absolutely top notch job in cleaning our house. We have a fairly large home (3 stories, 2300 sq ft) and MN Cleaning did everything, top to bottom, in exactly the quoted time. After they were complete, we were so happy to see our house cleaner than it had ever been! The price was also extremely fair for this size of house. Additionally, they were both very professional and very friendly. We were so impressed with MN Cleaners that we will be hiring them for regular cleanings, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

M&N Cleaning was very busy, but they squeezed me in to a 4pm appointment. They were an hour late b/c they were behind on their last job which is understandable, and they contacted me earlier in the afternoon to let me know they would be late and made sure it was OK with me. They had already worked a full day but they did a very good job cleaning the common areas of my house which is what I requested. I will absolutely call them again - I hope to go to monthly or bi-monthly cleaning. They seem like really nice people too. :)

They were on time and they were polite and very thorough in the cleaning. They didn't cover that much but what they did cover they did well which I appreciated.

WOW! MN Cleaning did an absolutely fantastic (Fantabulous!!!) job! They vacuumed, scrubbed, dusted and made my house smell so clean and look great.. I hired them on the $89.00 special. They worked for almost 4 hours. Everything is spotless and sparkling. My house has never been this clean! I have solid wood floors throughout my house and they are now so clean and shiny. They are very kind, efficient and professional. They were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a deal off the list. 6 hours of house cleaning for $89.00. I conversed with Nielson via phone and emails to make the appointment time. This is the first time I have had a professional house cleaning. Maria came first and Nielson came later. I didn't know exactly what to expect. Maria asked what I needed done and got started Immediately. When Nielson came he started just as quickly. They brought their own supplies but asked if I had a preference as to what to use. They were like cleaning whirlwinds. When they were about finished Nielson told me that he stayed longer because one of the rooms upstairs was very dusty (an understatement!!) and he wanted to "go the extra mile" and do the job properly. After all was finished Maria took me around the house to explain to me what she had done to some items. As I said earlier, this is my 1st pro housecleaning and didn't know what to expect. WOW!!! They made my beds. They straightened and paired shoes. They arranged my husbands super pile of books,magazines, letters, notebooks, video cassette tapes, pictures and other assorted stuff into 2 nice neat piles. They collected trash off of my 2 sons bedroom floors.They consolidated the trash and brought it downstairs for me. They arranged decorations to reduce clutter. When Marie and Nielson left I'm sure they were exhausted, they did such a good job they didn't even take a break. And by the way they were here for 7 hours by my calculations. I think they went the "extra mile"

They were on time and were extremely professional. Did a very nice job and would definitely use them again in the future. Glad to have them at our house again for more cleaning sessions.

The husband and wife team arrived promptly at the designated time with their own cleaning supplies. They asked what my priorities were which I told them were the bathrooms and the kitchen The bathroom fixtures were thoroughly cleaned and the tile floors were washed. Faucets, lights, and mirrors were shining. The kitchen was outstanding. The stainless steel was shining, the granite was polished, and the oak was all was all wiped down. I have never had anyone take the screen of the stove fan out to clean, but this woman did. The inside of the microwave was cleaned also. All of the hard wood floors were wet mopped, and the rugs were vacuumed. Furniture that was not too heavy was moved to clean, but as he said, he did not move any too heavy because he would not want to scratch the floor. I had no problem with that The dusting was thorough, moving object to be more complete. This was an "Big Deal" coupon and I feel I truly got more that my moneys worth. They were very competent and more than willing to do whatever you wanted. I would certainly use them again, and feel very confident in recommending them.

It is satisfactory. The time is a little bit over estimate. They show up on time and clean my house. Good price due to promotion.

EXCELLENT!!!!! I highly recommend Maria and Neilson - they are a hard-working, professional, and completely delightful couple - I intend to hire them again - and I will tell all my friends!

They did a fantastic job and left the entire apartment sparkling! We had been doing some construction, so the apartment was quite dirty. We did not meet them in person, but Neilson was very courteous and accommodating in our phone conversations. We're thrilled to have found Neilson and Maria. We will definitely call them in the future.

Neilson was terrific- reached out immediately after I purchased 9 hours of cleaning for $125. We scheduled the cleaning for yesterday at 11am, though they weren't able to arrive until noon. That didn't really change the schedule at home that much, but can't give full marks for punctionality.But our house looked (and still looks) amazing. Coming home to a clean house was phenomenal and Neilson and his team were so very thorough. I am so pleased with the outcome that I am going to hire them to clean our house regularly.

My house When they arrived they introduced themselves and we chatted for a bit, We then went through the house and we prioritized what rooms to clean first, What a difference! The bathrooms sparkle, tile floors scrubbed and washed, everything was dusted, carpets vacuumed, stainless steel kitchen appliances polished. They are very professional and did a great job. I am having them come back in 2 weeks and plan on using them on a regular basis. I would highly recommend them.
