M&N Cleaning

I purchased a Big Deal for M & N Cleaning services. Neilson came with an assistant and provided a deep clean of my bathrooms (four full baths and two half baths). They were wonderful, thorough, and very nice.

Excellent service! Very friendly and open to tailoring their work to our specific needs. Our house has never been this clean. We couldn't have been happier with their work for us.

It was just like I'd do myself if I had the time!

The schedule didn't work out. I couldn't comment on their service, however, I was happy that they did try to work with me on the schedule. I would consider to use them again if they can keep the cost reasonable. I will try to schedule 2-3 weeks with them ahead of time.

Nelson & Maria were very professional and cleaned our house very well. They sanitized our 2&1/2 bath and our bathroom looked almost new. They mopped our hardwood floor with oil & it shined. They did a good vacuuming on our carpets as well. We recommend them.

I have a very hard time scheduling a mutually agreed time for service, as they are swamped with clients using angie list deal. The service itself is good, but they are also a bit late in arriving house.

Neilson and Maria were very thorough. We have hired them for biweekly cleanings.

They did an excellent job cleaning my condo. They cleaned the kitchen so well it looks like new. Also I am no longer afraid to let my infant play in my bathroom. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning. Neilson and his wife came with one other helper. Neilson was very friendly and is easy to communicate with. They asked what areas were priorities and were able to efficiently clean all the areas requested. They did an excellent job cleaning the house!

These guys are wonderful! I can't say enough good things. They clean every corner they can get to!! They even brought their own stool so they can reach high places. Professional, experienced and great. PLUS Neilson SMILES!!! and is so friendly and nice. I purchased the 6 hour deal. I was not enough to clean my whole house (as it is pretty big). But it is only because they did such a complete job. They cleaned inside light fixtures (even the one in the shower), Cobwebs... WOW I was so happy with their work!

I bought a Big Deal for 6 hours of house cleaning. Neilson and his assistant were supposed to come three weeks earlier than they did, but I was sick the night before the original appointment date, so I e-mailed him in the early morning hours, asking if we could reschedule. Given the incredibly late notice, I didn't feel Neilson was obligated to reschedule, but he graciously agreed to do so, which really impressed me. When he arrived at our house, Neilson began by asking what were my husband’s and my cleaning priorities, which I felt was a good start, considering that he was contracted for a certain number of hours, not a whole-house cleaning. I said, the bathrooms and dusting. After three hours, the house was fully dusted, and our bathrooms were spotless (my husband was especially impressed that Neilson cleaned bathroom areas we never even thought of). Neilson and his assistant weren’t able to get to everything (namely, the floors were left unfinished), but given that they only had three hours, I expected that. During the time they were here, they worked quickly and efficiently, and I appreciated that, unlike with some cleaners we’ve had in the past, I didn’t hear loud bangs and booms--indicating a lack of care--as they cleaned the rooms. Neilson has a very friendly demeanor, is easy to communicate with in person and by phone/e-mail, and conveyed the sense that he takes pride in the job he does. I also liked that he was willing to clean with the eco-friendly products we requested, as opposed to asking to use harsher (but more efficient) products, which I’ve had some cleaners do. We plan to hire him again in the future.

They were exceptional. They communicated consistently and were in a timely manor. They exceeded my expectation.

I got 3 hours of cleaning with 2 people verses the 6 hours with 1 person that I paid for. It was a disaster. He broke venetian blinds, a ceramic pot, etc. He knocked out our cable. I think he was just really rough. He tried to glue the ceramic pot back together. They cleaned on a Saturday afternoon. He called on Sunday night to let me know that he broke the pot. He tried to glue it back together and he sat it back on the floor, in the corner. When I questioned about the venetian blinds, he stated he thought he could fix them. He told me to go buy new ones and he would pay for them. He poured acid down my bathtub. When I asked him why he used acid, he told me that that's the way he cleaned. I spent $7,000 on this bath tub and it's only 2 years old. It 's one of those bathfitters tubs. The acid took off all of the finish so it's no longer shiny, and now it's completely dull. He fessed up to all 3 things. He did a horrible job. I sat at my computer table and he didn't even clean it. He didn't wipe under the appliances on the counter. The floor has stains on it. He mopped but it was streaked. I know he vacuumed. But I'm not sure exactly what they did for 3 hours. The house is small. I had to re-wipe down the bathroom walls and the outside of the tub because they were streaked.

It went fine. They were 1/2 hour late (but for a good, compassionate reason, helping a disabled man). I wasn't sure what services are standard in a housecleaning service, and some services I thought would be included were not, but when I asked that they be done, they more than willingly did them (vacuuming blinds, cleaning heating registers). They did a very thorough job.. my kitchen has never been cleaner!

Very satisfied with the thorough job done by Neilson and his assistant. Both were personable and worked very efficiently. I will be contacting them in the future. Thank you M&N Cleaning.

It went well, they did a nice job. I had read their reviews and based on that took advantage of a 4 hour cleaning special advertised on Angie's List. Follow up communication was prompt and timely. While we initially had some schedule difficulties due to my work schedule they ended up being very flexible and scheduling for an evening when I would be home. I appreciated the level of detail and was pleased with the end result of their cleaning work. I had not realized there would be an extra charge for the inside of the refrigerator but that was communicated to me during our scheduling conversations. We agreed that it would take too long in the time allotted and so they were able to focus on other areas that were more important (shower, toilet, kitchen floor, stove, etc). Next time I will schedule a longer appointment!

They were very couteous, thorough, punctual and did a great job cleaning our entire house.

The provider is as described in other reviews. There was good communication throughout even though they arrived about 30 min. later than scheduled. I was very impressed with Neilson's work ethic. He and his assistant quickly surveyed the house and got started. They worked systematically from the back of the house to the front and finished in two basement rooms. Neilson takes pride in his work and offered to stay a little longer to finish the job. I am a fairly meticulous person and I was overall impressed. There were just a few small areas missed, but I am sure that has more to do with wanting to finish the entire house. I would say that that he was a 9/10 on thoroughness but would be a 10/10 if there was time. They cleaned up high on ladders when needed and scrubbed floors as well. The house looked great and smelled great. He is a good guy as well and I am happy to use his service

Fantastic. Bought the $89 deal not realizing how far they would travel, but pre-visit communications were prompt, they were on time for the job, very pleasant and professional, and did a thorough job. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

I bought the deal on Angie's list and Neilson contacted me right away about scheduling. They came on time, highly professional and friendly, and cleaned. My doors are gleaming. I am VERY happy and hope to use them regularly.

Our house was left spotless. I used another cleaning service for the past 6 years and they did an even better job at the details.We plan on using M&N cleaning for our regular house cleanings now!

M&N Cleaning was my first Angie's list purchase and a special. Lucky me. They made my condo sparkle. Personal, easy going guys. Came with lots of cleaning materials -- equipment and supplies. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. And, of course, they will return. I highly recommend their services.

They were right on time. Got to work quickly after a short tour and a general statement of what I needed done. They were wonderful. I did take the time to pick up so there was nothing in their way. Washed all floors vacuumed all rugs and even the cat fur from my bedspread. Did a great job on the flight of carpeted stairs. Kitchen was immaculate, better than when I moved in. Both bathrooms were extremely clean. I would recommend this service highly. Nelson was wonderful to talk too and he projected great pride in his work. I plan on having them back. I felt safe having then in my home.

After several phone calls from Neilson to set a date and time, he said he would be here on 9/17/14 at 11AM. At 11:30 AM, Neilson called and said his wife and a helper were coming but were having trouble finding our road. He was busy on a job that began at 8AM and would come after he finished. He never did come but his wife, Maria and a helper, arrived at 12:15 and began to work immediately. They were here for 3 hours. They did a good job. Maria was very easy to work with. Our townhouse is fairly new and the upstairs bedroom, bath and loft is rarely used but gets very dusty. I will probably use them again in the future.

Maria and her husband were unable to come on the agreed upon date due to a doctor's appointment but it worked out better because they arrived after the movers took out all of the furniture the following day. That way they could concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms. They arrived before I got there but were almost done. The two women did a good job and we inspected everything before they left. They did not do the outside windows because none of us knew how to open them to get to the outside. I will have Maria return to the house I moved into and if the price is right will ask her to clean it twice a month. She was professional and pleasant, willing to do whatever was needed. I had to touch up only a few minor areas after she left but overall was pleased with her work.
