Description of Work: Roofing my whole roof. I gor a lot of estimates and spoke with a lot of roofers before deciding who to go with. John at Harco seemed the most honest and did not give me a big sales pitch while also being very knowledgeable (which I knew because I had spoken to so many roofers at the point I spoke with him. They came when we planned, they were thorough and cleaned up. They took the time that they said they would. They were responsive to some snags and worked with my fairly about some unexpected issues in my roof. The cost did not change. They have responded to a leak (probably in the chimney and after out 2 worst storms this year)) very promptly and professionally and taken care of the problem. I have found them excellent from start to finish!

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on a roofing job in Newton and received a curt "we don't do Newton." Angie's List profile included metro West and their website lists Newton as a service area. Please correct or update.

Description of Work: Strip and re-roof.

Description of Work: The owner responded to our quickly and came promptly to give us an estimate. It was determined that we needed a new roof rather than replacing shingles which had blown off in a recent storm. Although their price was slightly higher, we considered using Harco. However, we decided to hire a contractor whom we had used before.

Description of Work: This contractor responded promptly to our request for a proposal and provided us with a careful estimate for the work to be done. We decided to hire another highly rated Angie's List contractor simply because of a lower bid.

Description of Work: Shingle replacement.
