Description of Work: We had 3 sections of our gutters replaced with Gutteshell in 2014 mainly to keep the leaves out, but we were thrilled this past winter when those sections had NO ice dams....while the other regular sections were clogged with ice and snow. So we decided to have the rest of the house done this spring....about 70ft. (I'm not 100% sure of the price... But close). Very professional service and punctual.

Description of Work: Replaced all my Gutters and Downspouts. Installed their Gutter Shell System. I don't know about the Leaf and Ice Dam protection yet, but I'm optimistic everything will work well. The two men that installed my system and gutters were Craftsmen, and the end product shows it -- very sturdy and confident looking.

We tell all of our customers 2-3 weeks at this time of the year and according to my records you purchased on March 23, and we installed on April 13 which is 3 weeks. I am sorry to hear that you developed ice damns and icicles. As you know, this winter has posed many weather challenges and I would guess that most of your neighbors did as well. We sell Guttershell as a lifetime clog free gutter system. I sincerely wish I could invent a product that would give someone a guarantee that they would never develop ice dams. On our advertisements we say that you can help prevent ice damage to your gutters. No where do we use the terminology that you will not get ice dams or icicles but we have never had a gutter fall off even in these last horrible winters after guttershell has been installed. When you called our office we advised you to shovel your roof which you didn't want to do even though you had 3 feet of snow on it. Please contact us if your gutters ever need servicing.

Description of Work: They came to give me several options and a price estimate. I chose the high end product, but a much cheaper alternative was offered and they did not pressure me to choose the expensive option. I paid a 30% deposit and the work was done within an hour or so, with two workers. I paid the remainder several weeks after the job was complete. So far the gutters are working well.

Fantastic. Came to meet next day. Provided price estimate and gutter samples (including various color choices) at time of first meeting. Installed everything in my absence a couple of days later. Even cleaned some of the roof as courtesy. Shell gutter combination is more expensive than some of the competitor products, but has great functionality and LABOR and PARTS come with great warranty.

Excellent. Everything looks great. We were concerned with how the cover would look being in an historic area of Lexington and they blend in perfectly. The seasoned team had over 20 years experience among them. Poor guys found a bee hive and got stung, yet were very good natured about it. Team was clean and thorough and came back to make an adjustment the very next day without inconveniencing us at all. They'll recycle the old aluminum gutters. They have a nice selection of colors for the spouts and covers to blend with your home. The lifetime guarantee will take gutters entirely off our to-do list. We're going to replace the roof in a couple of years and they were good about doing the install in a way that means that the gutters won't have to be moved, the new roof will go over it, their counsel in this area was very helpful. I also appreciated that they didn't push to replace the gutters and spouts that were in good condition, just explained how the covers would go on which saved us some money. I'd definitely recommend them!
Description of Work: Cleared all gutters, replaced bad ones and downspouts, put their Gutter Shell covers on all gutters, redirected old spouts, created a new gutter and connected its downspout to our new rain barrel. Did a clear presentation of the product, listened to us, Steve is very likable. Pricing is competitive with products that don't share their great guarantees. Took less than 4 hours.
