For over 20 years, FRS Roofing & Gutter Services has served homes and businesses across the greater Massachusetts, area specializing in roof/slate repair and installation and gutter cleaning. We are locally owned and fully insured, covered by workers compensation and general liability. We provide next-day estimating and we call our customers the day before we meet and explain all the steps being performed, as well as answer any questions the homeowner may have. No job is too big or too small. We offer guarantees on workmanship, our job sites are clean, and we make sure that every one of our customers is fully satisfied before we leave the site.

I contracted with FRS in 2024 to replace my gutters and also replace some rotted soffit boards. They did an amazing job on the soffit as well as catering to my request to merge a couple of downspouts in a way that really looked great. The crew was quiet, they arrived on time and the communication was very clear. I would not hesitate to recommend FRS to everyone who needs gutter and/or roofing. Thank you!

Description of Work: Had roof replaced by another roofer. When it rained had a leak from an exhaust vent . Despite the original roofer multiple failed attempts it only took one trip and fix from AAB roofing . I would go right to them next time. Very pleasant too.

Smoothly and quickly.
Description of Work: Adail is probably one of the few in the area capable of doing large jobs but willing to handle small ones. I simply needed a shed roof patched and not only was he willing to do it, he did it within days. He is a very nice chap, very friendly and accommodating. I will use him again in the future when I begin my planned renovations. As a hotel professional and GM I would whole-heartedly recommend him.

It went very well.
Description of Work: They replaced roof and added skylights when new roof was shingled. They came over twice to talk with us and help alleviate concerns and/or answer questions. They went the extra mile with their responsiveness. And when the job wrapped up you would have never known work had been done because the area was so clean.

Description of Work: We called on 10/20 /12and Adail came on 10/23 on time with a reasonable estimate. Came on 10/26 to fix. Our roof was leaking through the BR vent every time it rained . The roof was only 2 yrs old and the original roofer was non responsive. Adail price included replacing 2 vents on the roof and placing flashing where there was only paper around the original vent causing the leak. I would certaining use him again and recommend him . Very professional and pleasant .price was comparable and another was twice as much. Best of all our bathroom and vent was dry during and after hurricane sandy.

It was great! Hopefully this will last me 30 years so I won't be needing him anytime soon, but I'm recommending him to all my friends.
Description of Work: We hired a GC to build an addition on our 1900 house who didn't know as much about roofing as he thought he did . . . so I found Adail through a friend. Adail was able to fix all of my GC's mistakes on the addition and install a new roof on the existing house. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and clear about explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. His crew worked 12 hour days to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up completely when finished. We have a very complicated roof and his crew did a really good job! Highly recommended.

Fabio was responsive, easy to work with, and provided a good price. It was about 20% lower price than other quotes. He came recommended so I hired him. His crew did good work, quickly, and neatly. Overall very satisfied--would use them again.

Fabio is easy to work with and is very responsive. We interviewed three other outfits (Shamrock Roofing, Doucet and Driscoll). Fabio's price was the cheapest and the three people I called from his long list of references were absolutely glowing about his work. There was a problem. The flashing about the chimney was badly applied and a rent appeared immediately. During the first storm rain came into the bedroom. Fabio got back up on the ladder at the first opportunity, corrected the problem straightaway, and arranged to have the bedroom ceiling repainted at no charge. The crew he had do the work were at fault, and it is not to his credit that he used them. However he takes responsibility and will see to it that any problem is rectified. No similar problem was reported by his references, and I am inclined to think this was an aberration. The subcontractor who provided the dumpster was disagreeable (about locating the dumpster on our private street), but came around.
Description of Work: Two thirds of the roof, and a gutter, were replaced on a large 4-unit home. It was a typical job for a large residential home.
