MNO Cleaning is a locally owned and operated housecleaning service with 2 employees (English Speaking). We are a full service home cleaning company - committed to your satisfaction. We have more than 10 years of experience and every job is completed to your satisfaction. We bring all of our own equipment and supplies (Green products if requested)in my first time. We look forward to cleaning your home in the near future! All our clients are very important to us, so we take good care of their homes with great responsibility and honesty.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2500 Sq ft house. They had 6 man hours (3 people @ 2 hrs each) to clean the whole house. Did a light cleaning of our great room and never got to the basement at all as they ran out of time. Did a great job on the 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room and kitchen.

Description of Work: I need to be refunded the amount of $99. This service was never performed. I made an appointment and they never showed up nor did they call. Finally, when I did get in touch they told me that they were "sick" and could not make it. When I asked for a refund, they said to contact Angie's list, that they could not give me a refund.

Description of Work: I received three workers for two hours. Because of traffic and bad weather, they were a little late, but they called ahead of time to let me know. Because time was short, I prepared a list of priorities--bathrooms (3) and kitchen (including two refrigerators). I asked that one refrigerator be cleaned inside, which they did. Only other request was for the remainder of the house (except two bedroom) be vacuumed, and wood floors be cleaned and polished. They worked diligently and completed all tasks to my satisfaction. The leader indicated they were accustomed to dusting, polishing and cleaning more--but there was no time (and not a priority for me). I plan to call on them again in the future. I tipped all three workers and they appeared grateful.

Never showed up or called.
Description of Work: I had the same experience as several other reviewers on Angie's List. Marly set up a cleaning appointment for today at 7:30 am. I stay home from work today to meet the team and talk about a long term contract for cleaning. See never showed and never responded to my email. Don't use the service, I am not the only customer they have never called. It is a waste of time and money.

Hello, We waited for 40 minutes for the member to open the door. The member never responded to questions from us to reschedule. Due to the message center being the medium that we must use to speak to members, all of this was recorded by Angie's List. Thank you
