They were good. They are not fast, but they were good. The pricing was worth it, but they are really far away. They are Brazilian and so the communication was a problem. It is what it is. They came with their cleaning products, but I had them use my products. They did a real good job in the kitchen with the stainless appliances. I wouldn't say they were efficient with their time. They could have done more but it is what it is. She was nice, and she was cordial. The price was discounted. She did a nice job as far as communication, and it was a lot easier once we did cell phone to cell phone. They were right on time, I think they were a couple minutes early. If the price was right, I would use them again. They ran out of time, and they dusted a lot of places that they did not have to. They did a good job on the bathroom, and one of my bathroom is pretty big, but my kids bathroom does not take that long. The floors were okay, but they didn't get all the floors downstairs because they ran out of time. I asked her if she could clean the big window, but they didn't have time to do that.

Marli called to set up the appointment. She called the day before to confirm. She and a helper arrived on time and went right to work. They did a fine job, best job done on my floors of all the cleaners I have had. I took advantage of a Big Deal for $79.

It took a while for her to get back to me. She was fantastic. I gave her extra because she stayed a little longer. She was great. Her prices were much higher than those on Angie's List. It was because of a one-time deal.

It didn't work out very well. We got our money back. They were awful. We scheduled to make sure my husband or somebody was home and completely canceled all the things and they never showed up. Then, we get an e-mail from a person saying, "Oh, we e-mailed you. I said I was sick. That's why I couldn't come. Oh, I'm so sorry." He checked everything. He was like, "No. I checked my spam and everything. There is no e-mail whatsoever." So then, we arrange another time where they can come. They gave us a window like 11:00 to 2:00 or something like that. I went into the city for work. My husband was home with the kids. Again, canceled any other plans he could have done with them, which is a pain in the ass when you have little children. They show up 30 minutes later. We live on a cul-de-sac. My husband said he saw the people that were supposed to clean outside at 2:10, doing something in their car. They didn't show up at the door until a little after 2:30. Our power went out, which never happens. So, they only cleaned for maybe about 20 something minutes. And then, we tried to arrange another time with them to follow up and he was like, "I just can't fit you in until January." I was like, "Forget it. This is ridiculous." They were awful. My husband is different than me. I would have just told them right then and there the first shot, "I'm sorry. I'm going to cancel my thing with you because I really don't believe you contacted me." I do not recommend them. They just kind of left everything in disarray to clean and then, didn't put anything back.

They arrived on time and cleaned house. For an introductory session, it was very thorough and involved. I plan to switch providers and work with them as my regular house cleaning service. The rates are reasonable and they did great work.

Went 95% well, frustrated that I asked to get under the stove and fridge and this was not done (I found cheerios/etc underneath after the cleaning).

I used an Angie's List "deal" so the cost was lower, but even at full price they are fair. They did the work I asked them to and more. The shining tea kettle was frosting on the cake. My appliances have never looked so good. There were a few mis-communications in setting up the service but they were handled promptly.

First of all they were able to squeeze us in very quickly - within 2 weeks of our purchase of the service. The ladies arrived punctually and began right away. They were here from 1:00 pm till a little after 5:00 pm. And worked steadily the entire time. I don't think they took even a moment's break. They were pleasant. We could not be any more pleased with the job they did and hope to schedule regular service with them. Thank you! Thank you! We highly recommend MNO.

Wow! I am so impressed with these ladies. My house looks incredible and actually sparkles! They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. It was very hot in my house that day, but they did not appear to be bothered by it. They worked so hard and were so pleasant. Highly recommend !
