MNO Cleaning

Her crew (2 others) arrived on time at his Franklin home and in a little more than two hours did an incredibly thorough job. Everything was spotless and in addition they organized a lot of clutter in his living room which was beyond what they committed to do. It is obvious they are very thorough and understanding. We would not hesitate to hire this crew if our current cleaners whom are excellent could not work for us any longer. We are very fussy and appreciate how hard they work in the time they spent as we saw "before" and "after" .

MNO did a beautiful job cleaning. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough house cleaning.

I paid for 9 hours of deep housecleaning and the staff arrived late. They were supposed to arrive by 7:30 and were 15 minutes late. Not the way to start a job. They were supposed to actually clean what is an already clean house. Dusty maybe and the house is cleaned every other week by my regular cleaners. I was looking to venture outside the box and give what was considered a professional cleaning crew supported by Angie's list a chance and was very disappointed. I really don't know what the girls did in what is supposed to be nine hours. Dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors. They never cleaned my first level and only cleaned bedrooms and bathrooms on my second floor. I was left a message from the owner who said she was not able to fulfill the job and could come back the next day to meet my expectations and never returned my email response to her, three days later still no response. The kitchen was never cleaned as was instructed. My house by others judgement would be considered VERY clean. Extremely disappointed. I NEVER leave reviews on sites and felt compelled to leave one here to warm others not to use this crew.

They did a terrific job and worked really hard to get the house clean.

I tried multiple times to contact the cleaner, by email and by phone, to schedule my cleaning and I was never called or emailed back.

I received this as a gift from my sister and could not be happier. Communication was clear, and questions were quickly answered. Three ladies arrived and cleaned for two hours as if they were in there own home. They cleaned three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a kitchen and vacuumed stairs and rugs on three floors paying attention to the smallest detail. My adult daughter was here since I was working and said the ladies were pleasant, professional and efficient. Upon arriving from work, the house had the most pleasant smell, not chemical or flowery scent. Maybe I imagined it, but there seemed to be a glow thoughout my home. : )

She went above and beyond my expectations, and cleaned the house beautifully. My grandmother's standards would have been met - you could eat off the floors. I was ashamed at the state of the house as we were cleaning it out ourselves, but she attacked it and made the house clean in just a few hours. She was a pleasure to do business with

Great. Marly and her daughter did an excellent job cleaning the house, exceeding expectations. Typically I can walk around the house after a cleaning service has come in and quickly/easily find areas that were missed, or signs that they didn't work hard at cleaning a particular area. That was not the case here. Everything looked great and we were very pleased. No complaints. So pleased that we are discussing with them to come on a regular schedule.

They did an ok job, but missed several spots that were easy to clean after they left.

Very nice people. Did reasonable/satisfactory job. Limited by rules as to what they would ro would not do (wouldn't clean toaster oven, for example), even though they had time. Was somewhat difficult to schedule but once we started talking, I was able to schedule the cleaning within a week.

They did not call to confirm appointment.

So Unprofessional! Marli never returned my emails and never showed up when she was suppose to perform service. Marli sent me an email stating her team would come on 5/5/16 between 11:30-2:00pm (kinda a long arrival time if you ask me). As the date got closer, I emailed her and she never emailed me back just to confirm. On Thursday, May 5, NO SHOW, NO CALL and shocking (based on other reviews) and NO CONTACT! Please do not waste your time with this company. This woman is obviously inept as every one knows customer service is a must to be successful. Don't waste your precious time, energy and money on this "misfit" outfit

I booked MNO Cleaning through one of Angie's Special Offers. They arrived on time, went right to work and did a marvelous job. The three ladies were very attentive to my requests and were very careful of all my things. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Don't waste your time contacting them, because they are not going to return your phone call.

Marley and her team are wonderful and pleasant to work with. We had to reschedule several times as Marley was involved in an automobile accident which left her without a car. She was prompt w/ updates and progress reports and we picked another agreeable date as soon as she was back in business. My father is very particular and is resistive to having housekeepers in the house. MNO did exactly what I asked them to do. Marly has a full list of clientele but I am hopeful that she will be able to find time for me again.

It went very well. Things were spotless afterwards.

The three ladies that came by to do the work were quick, quiet, and never intruded into areas I asked them not to go into. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, and appreciative of their time.

They were very good. But they were a little too expensive to use on a regular basis. I wound up giving them another $79 or $80. My house was a little bit of a mess. I felt like they were judging the fact that my house was a little bit of a mess and it wound up costing me extra. But we had had a lot of work done in the house and that was the reason why it was such a mess. So that's why I kept them longer to finish the job. But then when I asked them what it would cost to keep them on an every other week basis, it was considerably higher than anybody else I had ever heard about. The quality of service was very good.

They did a great job- they even changed the sheets on our bed! Marley and her assistant were very professional, and efficient. Everything was left very clean. I really appreciated the little touches, like the toilet paper roll having a little rose folded into it. Marley also understood that we wanted her to use our own cleaning products, as we have a baby and don't want toxic fumes in the home. Given the time allotted, and the size of our house, they did a really good cleaning in a short amount of time. My house smells wonderful! I would definitely have Marley back, and highly recommend her cleaning service.
