We custom design sub slab depressurization systems to effectively mitigate radon gas, TCE, petroleum vapors, and various other VOC's. Most real estate transactions, financing and/or re-financing activities require an environmental review which includes air quality testing. Our experienced office staff understands the need for quick, complete, and accurate information in order to provide solutions so transactions are not put at risk. We offer detailed upfront pricing, best in class warranties, and proudly offer discounts to senior citizens, service members and repeat customers.

Description of Work: Their standard, sub-slab radon remediation with a larger than minimum blower. They estimated 3 to 4 hours for the work and took a little over 3. Arrived on time. The technician was friendly, appeared quite competent and explained what he was doing nicely. Put the vent pipe where I wanted it so that it is out of the visual scene from most of the house/yard. Overall, very nice job. Post-install test was just above the "guaranteed" level but well below current EPA and european standards. Am relieved to get the work done.

Description of Work: Radon mitigation. We received several estimates and S.W.A.T was lower and advised less elaborate means than recommended than the other companies. They were successful in the reduction.

Description of Work: Since our home inspection revealed the presence of high radon levels in our basement, we contacted S.W.A.T. to provide an estimate for a radon mitigation system. We were most impressed with the detailed description of the components and process. On the scheduled date, the technician installed the system, explained the minimal upkeep the system required, and handled any necessary cleaning of the work area. We were very satisfied with S.W.A.T. throughout the entire experience and would contact them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Very professional. Described what they were going to do, etc. He finished very fast and installed a more powerful fan to make sure the radon would be sucked out of the foundation (I have an old house with dirt under the floor as opposed to newer homes that have crushed stone under the floor). Not thrilled with the pipe going up the side of my house, but I think I'd be much less thrilled with the potential health problems high levels of radon can cause. Overall, I would recommend them.
